Disclaimer- I make every effort to make sure the hot tub is working for your stay. It is serviced weekly. However, mechanical items do sometimes fail and can’t be immediately repaired and on occasion the prior guest has violated rules and added oils/products to the spa forcing the company to drain and refill the spa and it can take several hours, depending on the air temp. As these are out of my control, I do not offer refunds if the hot is closed. This is a very rare event. Hot tub is new this fall.
