Take advantage of the cool ocean breezes from either of two large porches. The beach is a short two minute walk.
Located in southern Kill Devil Hills, Sun Bums is close to several restaurants, grocery stores, and other interesting shops. Ocean Atlantic Rentals is on the same street.
The space
Downstairs - Master with attached full bath and queen bed with sliding door to porch. Second room with a queen and sliding door to porch. Third bedroom with twin bunks and another twin bed. Every bedroom has a tv! There's a full bathroom off the hallway and a laundry room.

Upstairs has a spacious, fully stocked kitchen open to the dining room as well as a half bath, living room with fold-out couch and an additional seating area with a good view of the ocean. Two sliding doors open up to another roomy porch.

Under the house is paved and has a nice picnic table, grill and outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Guest access
3-4 vehicles can comfortably park in the paved driveway and on the roadside.
