The space
The space includes:

A front access gate at entrance, private patio, bench seating, and a back gate for security. Lockbox for the keys.

A kitchenette, Keurig included. Living area with a sleeper sofa, flat screen smart tv with streaming apps.

A private indoor bathroom, shower, bathtub, hair dryer and toiletries provided. You’ll also have access to the in-unit washer and dryer.

We offer complimentary amenities; soap, paper towels, ice cube trays, pan, pot, keurig cups, towels, shampoo & conditioner, makeup wipes, steamer for ironing, extra pillows, blankets, and sheets

Full size bed, sweet home collection sheets, custom wrap around bed frame. Sliding glass door leads out to the back patio with folding chairs and table. Smoking is permitted outdoors. please note we have installed a screen door connected to the patio with a doggy door entrance. This is for service animals. If you're traveling with a dog please detail that in your booking beforehand.

Central heating and cooling, when you want to cool down the space close all window blinds & drapes. Arizona is known for the heat! We’ve provided a portable fan in the bedroom & ceiling fan in the main living area.

General rule of thumb while operating the A/C in Phoenix is to keep the fan on Auto, never (ON). When trying to cool the space adjust the temperature by 2 degree increments. If you do not follow the guidelines for the A/C it will overwork the unit & will “freeze” and break.

Setting the temperature to 78 is recommended and will adequately cool this new space. When away please set the temperature to 82 degrees.

Parking: safe street parking is available for our guests, typical you can park in front of the entry gate on the street.

The desert den is off seventh street, which is filled with unique restaurants those include; Cartel, Starbucks, Taco Guild, Gadooks, Durant’s, Ocotillo, China Chili, Valentine, Monsoon Market, Wangs Vintage, Buffalo exchange, Retro Ranch and Soda pop


A few minutes away is Uptown Plaza formed in 1955, which has been newly restored with upgraded local restaurants and retailers; AJ’s, Local Nomad, West Elm, Flower Child, Zookz, Sushi Vibe and Chipotle.


Still looking for more to do? The desert den is also located within ten minutes of the luxurious Biltmore Fashion Park. The Biltmore features lifetime fitness, Tesla super chargers, outdoor seating areas, and dozens of retailers and restaurants. Favorites include: Sephora, Lululemon, Macy’s, J. Crew, Saks Fifth Avenue. True Food Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory, Blanco, and The Breakfast Club.
