It comes with a full kitchen, inviting living room overlooking The Big Thompson River, a downstairs master bedroom with a comfortable bed and private bathroom, as well as access to a huge 2 car garage. This well-maintained condo is nestled in a quiet and beautifully landscaped community just 5 minutes from RMNP.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with a mountain cabin feel, a loft area for relaxation or entertainment, and a full bathroom accessible for all guests. Equipped with Wi-Fi, cable, Roku TVs, plenty of lighting, and a warming gas fireplace, you can rest assured that you will enjoy your time away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Great for family gatherings, vacation getaways, or a working business trip, Rambling River condo offers luxury with a down home feel.

Perfect location in Estes Park

We have traveled to Estes Park for years now and have stayed in different areas. This is by far my favorite location. We enjoyed seeing all the elk right off the back porch. Close to the park and downtown. Property management company was a dream to deal with! We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a lovely stay. The creek in the back was so relaxing and worth every penny! Clean and comfortable property. Would stay there again!!

Heaven on the river

This house had everything we need as a family of 6. It’s a beautiful and well maintained property. We loved being on the river and had many wildlife visitors during our stay. Some major pro’s for us in particular: -downstairs master with all other bedrooms upstairs -use of the garage -location on the river -washer and dryer access -ceiling fans for our summer stay -quick 5 minute drive to YMCA of the Rockies We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Amazing views

We had a quick trip into Estes to look at wedding venues for my daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and loved having a beautiful place to come back and relax after a long day.
