The house is lovely in a great location with ample amenities. The house itself was very clean. However, all bedding and towels need a good wash and many need replacing!!

Great location, easy to find near many hikes and good restaurants . Quiet neighborhood. The rooms were clean and spacious. The host answer timely all our questions . We definitely will recommend this property.

Convenient location

We had a nice stay. Location is very convenient with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance and the trails we wanted to hike and bike a short drive away. The home itself was very clean and welcoming.

February Stay

We had 5 adults, a 6 month old, and 2 dogs.Our stay was fabulous, and we absolutely loved the home. The hot tub was clean, and enjoyable to use. We have never stayed at a VRBO that was so dog friendly. Dog treats, toys, bowls, beds! It was all a great surprise!

The property looked larger in the photos. It was very nice and the hot tub was the best residential one I’ve ever been in. The mattress was a little too firm for my liking but all in all a nice place to stay.

Thanksgiving Week in Sedona

Great house that is hands down the best dog friendly property I’ve stayed at! Amazing location! Across the street from Whole Foods and the best little 5 Star Italian Restaurant (Vespa). Close drive to all the hot spots in Sedona and not in the middle of the busy areas. Amazing hot tub that was ready to go without prior arrangements or added costs. Great communication throughout with the host. Only small critique is the kitchen is a bit small, so if you cook a lot with many people around, it’s just tight quarters, however, all the appliances were great and they had everything we needed, even an ice nugget machine! We would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Great house that is centrally located in Sedona. House is exactly how it is listed. The house is clean and has everything you’ll need. There’s even a guestbook with recommendations and tips from other travelers. My kids enjoyed the queen size bunk beds. The hot tub was perfect after returning from hikes.

Family trip

Perfect stay for a family trip. Age ranges 1yr old - 67 yr old, and a husky! Loved sitting at the big dining table or backyard table for meals together. Our kids were so excited to play with the toys provided and adults had a nice time relaxing in jacuzzi and using the grill. Thank you thinking of everything in this home!

Cozy cabin getaway

We had the best time at Chandra’s property! The location is convenient to everything you need, set up with all the basics for using the kitchen and clean. Hot tub was really relaxing and perfect for star gazing at night. My husband and I came for our anniversary and brought our fur babies. Chandra was so nice and accommodating- very responsive and even messaged me to let me know the cleaners found one of my dog’s tooth. That is true hospitality! We would definitely rent this property again.

1st Retirement Vacay

What an awesome home. It has everything and very convenient to surroundings. We really enjoyed the hot tub after day of exploring. The extras that are provided are so nice. Our dog really enjoyed the yard. I would recommend this home to everyone.

Amazing!

My overall impression of this place was that it was a fantastic stay, it was pet friendly, beautiful patio with a grill and hot tub and not to mention the house itself was cozy and welcoming. Would definitely come back again!

Clean and Comfortable, and so Pet Friendly!

Communication with the owner was speedy from booking to check out. Very kind and pleasant to work with. The home is immaculate and well stocked. We loved the fenced back yard so we could let our dogs out. The beds and seating areas are comfortable. Washer and dryer made it nice to be able to catch up on laundry after getting dirty hiking. Everything was wonderful for our stay and we would absolutely stay again.

Perfect place to stay

The house is in a great location, so easy to get to hikes, shopping and food. The hot tub was so nice after a day of hiking. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and super responsive. I highly recommend staying here. We will come back for sure.

Perfect after a day of hiking

The size of the property was perfect for our family of 5. We loved having the hot tub after our long days of hiking. The backyard was very peaceful and private. The beds and pillows were memory foam and very firm!!! Extra pillows would be nice. Kitchen had everything needed. There is a coffee pot, but not a kuerig. We would stay there again. The host was very helpful.

Perfect location!

We were looking for a spot in West Sedona and this was the perfect location. It's close to all amenities, walking distance to many. The house itself was clean, beds comfortable, and a lot of basics (spices, cleaning and bath products) were available. The hot tub was a definite bonus! The neighborhood was so quiet! Chanda was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I live in Portland, OR. We love to travel & are crazy about dogs! We were inspired to start a short-term rental because we have 4 dogs and it is very hard to find a place that will take that many. We fell in love with Sedona and decided to buy a second home that we can take our dogs to, but also to share with others who love to take their 4-legged kids on the road with them. I am a nurse by profession, but I am finding that I absolutely love hosting. If I could get another few properties, I would switch to hosting full time!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I went to high school at a boarding school in the Phoenix area. I have always loved the desert, and my husband and I came back in 2008 for a vacation and ever since we have been in love with the Sedona area. There are so many things to do, and yet it still has a small enough community to feel like you are getting away from the hustle and bustle of life in larger cities.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our home was truly a labor of love. It is an older home, but we have redone almost everything, including the roof, siding, HVAC, electrical, landscaping and more! We've put a lot of sweat and tears into it and made it feel cozy and comfortable, really trying to pay attention to the details of what our guests would like to have for amenities.

We installed a 7-person hot tub as a focal point for backyard relaxation. There is plenty of seating outside along with a picnic table, fire table for nighttime ambience and a charcoal grill. We have a fully fenced yard for the furry family members as well as bowls, dog beds and even treats! For the kiddos, we've included some toys, a highchair and pack & play. The JBL boombox is great to stream your favorite music inside or out on the patio. And for the outdoor enthusiast, we have trekking poles to use on the hundreds of nearby trails. Sedona is known as a wellness haven and so we have also included yoga mats and meditation cushions. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, but for those who like to cook, we have a very well stocked kitchen. We also offer complimentary coffee and tea.
