The home was beautiful! The outdoor space was our absolute favorite. A perfect place to cool off and relax after a hike. And an excellent place to watch the sunrise/stars. We will book here again.

This place was clean and the amenities were really nice. The only issues we had were that several of the windows had locks that were broken which made us a little uncomfortable and some pieces of furniture could use replacing but it was very clean and comfortable otherwise!

The house was perfect! Great location, lots of privacy at the end of the cul-de-sac, beautiful view of Thunder Mountain, nice pool and patio area, comfortable in all aspects. Definitely recommend!

Amazing place, really ... Quiet neighborhood; we never saw/ heard neighbors. We saw hummingbirds and dragonflies and little lizards everyday. Beds were comfy, and everything needed to cook was close at hand. If we're back to Sedona again we'll definitely check into rebooking.

It was clean, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided, including cozy, spa-like robes that were much appreciated during the cooler weather. The views from all the windows were amazing, and the night sky from the patio was absolutely stunning. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Overall excellent property. Toilet in downstairs wobbled when you sat on it. It needs to be looked at. The icemaker was broken. There were ice cube trays which we used but many of those were broken as well. The spool was disappointing, The water was way to warm. Your literature had said that for a fee we could have the pool heated. That's a joke right? We were looking forward a dip in the pool but the warmth made it very disappointing. We called a rep "Rebecca". and she said they would have the furnace turned off so that it would cool down. No cool down ever happened. With mid 80's temps it would have been nice to cool off in the pool. Easily the most disappointing aspect of our stay.
