LOCATION!! Beautiful 4BR/3.5BA- One block to beach and steps to town!

Step into instant relaxation! This beautiful 4 bedroom/3 full bath home is perfectly located, one block from the beach and a very short walk to town. With an abundance of outdoor space to enjoy, you can relax on the large screened-in porch, read a book on the adirondack chairs out front or catch more sun rays on the rooftop deck! There are two outdoor showers and a side yard to enjoy shooting hoops or playing corn hole! Four parking spaces are available.

Inside, enjoy the privacy of the four bedrooms on the first floor, including a large primary bedroom/bathroom and an additional guest suite with its own full bath. There is a full bath downstairs in the foyer as well that also offers access to the 2nd Queen room. The bunk room provides added room for up to 4 guests, with one set up twin bunks and a queen bed.
Upstairs, take in the unique, bright and open floor plan. The kitchen, family room and loft are open to each other and provide a variety of areas to gather, play games, eat meals, or just simply relax.
Anytime of year is a great time to spend at this wonderful home!

(Note that in the peak summer months, June 5- Sept 4, there is a 7 night minimum and we rent on a Friday to Friday cycle.)

Absolutely excellent communication w the owner, Nikki. Could not have been easier to book, gain access to the property or depart. Although our stay was very short (winter time for a local party), the home is represented well in the photos and description.

Such a beautiful home - perfect for any time of year. So close to the beach and town. Made it to easy to enjoy with a large group - not having to drive and park was wonderful :)

In town for a family wedding at the beach. House was great for our group of 8. Online pictures are accurate! Lovely house. Fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to beach and center of BB. Favorite part of the house was the large screened in porch off the kitchen. Perfection!!

Great Location and Wonderful Stay - 10/10

Our entire family loved the house, location, and everything about our stay. Close the the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants was great. When the weather was colder we enjoyed spending time as a family in the kitchen, up on the loft, and enjoying the fireplace and living room space. The kitchen was great and we enjoyed chilly mornings on the porch. Our entire family loved the stay and are already talking about next years vacation!!

Bethany Beach Weekend with life-long friends

We have all been friends for decades and we like to go on weekend trips just to spend time together and have a lot of laughs and a few drinks, well maybe more than a few drinks. We had a great time and the house was fantastic.

The house was beautiful and had everything to make us comfortable. Bedrooms were comfortable and master bed and bath were great! Kitchen was well equipped and we loved the screened in porch to sit and have coffee. We enjoyed walking to the beach which was one block away and enjoying beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed shopping in town and a lovely lunch at Mango’s. Niki sent me an email outlining everything needed in advance about getting into the house and instructions about the house which was so thorough. Very helpful. She left her phone number if needed. We had a wonderful weekend and hope to be coming back to this wonderful property again. We loved coming here in the fall.

Exactly as described. House and location were both amazing. Niki was very accommodating and answered all of our questions quickly. Would not hesitate to stay there again and hopefully will. Thank you for sharing your house with us to Ring in the New Year!!

Wonderful house for a winter beach escape

This house was a wonderful escape from DC. The property was clean, the kitchen well-equipped, the couches and chairs cozy. The bedrooms, all on the lower level, were quiet and comfortable. Our only disappointment was that the gas fireplace had run out of gas, but Niki was amazingly responsive and tried to get some delivered. When she couldn't, because of the wild cold snap, she made it up to us in spades. Can't wait to come back in the summertime (or next winter!)
