The apartment was as described - and more than we expected! Angel was VERY accessible with messages and always helpful.Location was near streets/highways for easy access to the rest of Mason City and area.Glad we chose this VRBO for our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO… It worked out perfect for us as we were in town for a wedding and was very conveniently located… The apartments were nice and clean and it worked out perfect for us

Had a great stay at the apartment. Everything was smooth and easy. The ONLY downsides, was I'm a big guy 6'4" 235lb...I felt a little cramped, but I was only there to sleep at night so it wasn't too bad. And parking, my truck has a long bed, made parking a little tight, but again was not terrible.Aside from the 2 minor things mentioned above, my stay was pleasant and I'd stay there again.

Angel made check-in a breeze with accurate info and timely answers to my questions. She was kind enough to extend our checkout time; I competed in the Clear Lake Tri the morning we checked out, and I wanted to shower before we left town. Thanks so much for accommodating my request. Only issue we had was the ceiling fan in the bedroom ran in winter direction and I couldn’t figure out how to get it to reverse.

Quick stay

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay and a visit to NIACC. Comfortably slept my 17 year old son (in the bedroom) and myself (on the couch). Great location and especially appreciated the parking. We’ll definitely stay again during the school year.

Here for family reunion ! Always a welcoming feel here and the host is AMAZING!! One suggestion would be couch does sit low ....maybe pieces of wood as i have used on my old couch helps!!!😊

The sofa seemed short, it would be ideal for kids and pets but we are in70-80 age bracket and it was difficult to get up. Room was very clean and well stocked even with food.

Apartment was clean. Angel was easy to work with. BUT, furniture is not as pictured and is in worse condition than shown. The building exterior and hallways are a disaster. The building shows severe lack of maintenance and upkeep. I won't stay here again or recommend this property in its present condition.

Convenient location but nosy at night. Couch not very comfortable and floors in hallway need replacing/cleaned and rugs. Also cabinets r old one of the top drawer ( not really a drawer) facing fell off during the night. Felt safe and was a perfect size for me. Looks nicer in the pics.

If you have a truck or bigger vehicle parking is hard. Where we had to park the people on either side parked over lines so we had to park on the side by the garages. But it was easy to find and the place was clean.

Location! Location! This cozy one bedroom efficiency allowed easy access to downtown MasonCity, East Park and outlying interests. Apartment was very clean inside, but common areas of the building needed some TLC. Bed was a bit firm for our liking, but it was a quiet neighborhood and other units were not at all disturbing. Parking was very tight for a mid sized SUV, but we made it work. Owner was very quick to respond to entry issues our first day, and parking issues a different day. Overall, would recommend this property to anyone seeking value, basic comforts and who are open minded to city dwelling.
