This was a perfect, tranquil getaway. The attention to detail to the little things made this stay even more enjoyable and peaceful. The outdoor lounger was perfect for reading in the light rain.

The property was exceptional. Very clean, everything provided (shampoo etc, kitchen fully equipped), and the outdoor area was enjoyable. Dog friendly- a plus. Our pup enjoyed everything as much as we did.

We chose this location for our 20 year anniversary. The location was great and we enjoyed the seclusion of the property. The sauna and outdoor shower were a big hit with us. We took advantage of the privacy. The water tub took a while to fill up but the hot water never ran out filling it up. Nice for soaking in the evenings. Overall great experience and would recommend if you want to have a romantic place to enjoy your significant other!

Wonderful getaway

My wife and I took a quick trip to Wimberly and stayed at the Avandaro Ranch-we enjoyed the property and its amenities. Loved the spa/pool and the quiet environment.

It was nicely tucked away in Texas Hill Country. Super quiet. Close to Wimberley Shops and restaurants. It was a nice spot to see the stars.

Little Piece of Heaven

We badly needed a calm, quiet getaway and this was just what we needed. Everything felt luxurious, so many little details that we fell in love with. We will be back and cannot wait.

This is an amazing little gem in the hills. Very upscale with a ton of amenities. Smelled great, had wonderful products for us to use. The hot tub and fire pit for smores was great. Hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. Definitely stay here!

Gorgeous secluded getaway

Although we had an emergency and were unable to make use of our whole booking, we very much enjoyed the hot tub and primo nap we were able to take. Hosts were so sweet and communicative. Will 100% be rebooking so we can truly enjoy our stay.

"Off the Beaten Path" Romantic Getaway

Avandaro Ranch is a perfect location for quiet and privacy, along with upscale amenities. I was looking for something different and away, but keeping the world close. This location is far from city lights, but within 10 minute drive to downtown Wimberly. We loved the facilities, and spent much of our time enjoying the location. Will definitely be backQQQ

Beautiful

I can't say enough great things about this little hideaway. My husband and I stayed here for our weekend honeymoon and the hosts did so much to make it special. They turned the anniversary package into a honeymoon package(petals on the bed and floor, a YUMMY wedding cake, balloons, and a banner. It was really nice to walk in and see everything set up so well. It was so cozy and just the perfect distance from town. 10/10

Adorably Amazing Retreat

Let me start by saying there are 2 other cabins on the property. However it was not an issue. They were not very close. Once we opened the gate/ barn door to the property

Not as secluded as portrayed

Overall the cabin was very nice with many great features. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with small things like spices to cook with. The large walls were great for privacy. My only disappointment is the photos made it seem like we would be more isolated from others than we were. There were other cabins nearby. The “hot tub” was just a large equine tub. Which wasn’t a drawback except that to get it hot took about 4-5 hours to fill. All in all a very romantic stay.

Hey William, I wish I had known about your issue with the cowboy pool as I could have helped. I really dont know what you were doing but it takes 30-45 max to fill up the tub. This is mentioned in the house manual. I suspect you left the drain open and that is what took so long. In regards to privacy the cabin is fenced 100% all around and yes, there is in fact another cabin but this is mentioned in the first sentence of the property description. I get it that some people dont read but its hard to meet an expectation when you dont read what we offer and also dont communicate with us about what you are looking for.

My husband and I enjoyed to property very much, especially the outside area. My only complaint is that the air conditioner did not get the house very cold for sleeping. Other than that, the house was super cute with very thoughtful design features. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but only minutes from downtown Wimberley. I loved being able to take my two pups and the privacy made it a great romantic getaway.
