Kiawah Getaway for the Whole Family

It was spacious and well-equipped for our group, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The toys and kids’ play area were an especially thoughtful touch and a huge hit with our son. The home was comfortable, beautifully appointed, and perfect for a family trip. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Views were spectacular and loved all the sitting nooks the house had. No outside porches, so just make sure ok with that for purposes of your individual stay.

Magnificent property

We had a wonderful stay in this incredible home. The only issue we had was we didn’t stay long enough. There’s so much to do and such a wonderful house that we really needed more time. We will definitely be back.

We were on the hunt to follow Outer Banks filming and were successful everyday! 🤗💖💕🙏🏼The house was just perfect and accommodating for all of us. Everything was high quality and comfortable.ESPM vacation rental was easy to rent with and trustworthy. I hope we can stay at this house or another one with ESPM when we visit the area again.

Very bad internet and TV

Reviewer Comments: House was very nice. Renters should note there is one King bed and rest full or single (not great for couples). The internet service is beyond sub par. Only a cable modem and Comcast rep told us they are on lowest plan. No repeaters or router. Streaming TVs are unwatchable. Tough for people to work. Funniest thing is there is an office with zero internet coverage. Needs a tech refresh at this house.

We had a few small maintenance questions and ESPM was quick to respond. There are no porches in the home but the sunroom is delightful. There are a lot of stairs but elevator helps when physical limitations or delivering luggage to room. I would stay here again and again.

Reviewer Comments: Spent 4 nights celebrating a wedding anniversary...way more house than two of us needed but we very much appreciated all that the home offers. We loved the location as it was convenient to all activities and the beach. Great space, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a thoughtfully decorated. Highlight was sitting in the two club chairs watching a few rainstorms roll in. There is a home next door under construction but it was not loud and disruptive.

The home is incredibly gorgeous, well appointed, beautifully decorated all with an incredible view to boot. The little touches, such as included small appliances, the elevator to bring bags upstairs, the toys for my toddler, and the games for the whole family were perfect unique additions. The spaces were clean and comfortable and fit our group better than we could have hoped. We've already booked our next trip and can't wait to return.
