Exquisite Vanderhorst home with pool

Beautifully designed and built, with stunning fixtures and finishings, located on a quiet cul de sac past Vanderhorst Gate awaits this treasure for one to call home. Walk in through the front door and immediately notice the luxurious appointments along with the hardwood floors throughout the coastal retreat. The gourmet kitchen features a generous center island, Thermador appliances and a secondary meal prep or cocktail bar. Beautiful custom cabinets and stone countertops adorn the space which transitions seamlessly into the main living area. There is a fabulous great room that features a gas fireplace. The access to the exterior from here to the pool and deck areas is seamless. Also, on the first floor there is the primary bedroom with an incredible bathroom that features dual sinks, a walk in shower and a soaking tub. The covered porch overlooking the patio and pool can be conveniently accessed directly from the bedroom--perfect for coffee and breakfast outdoors on a warm morning. On the second floor there is an additional entertainment area ideal for families that might need extra space. With three additional bedrooms, and three full bathrooms, the upstairs suites offer comfort and privacy. There is an incredible garage to store all of your beach and adventure gear as well as the ping pong table!

The dimensions of the pool are 8' W x 18' L. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $120 per day, 4 day minimum is required. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the front entrance of the home. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
