Ce condo a une SAMEDI AU SAMEDI EXIGENCE pendant la haute saison!
Cette soignée 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain condo est situé au 2ème étage de ce complexe de front de mer. Il fait face à la piscine et la plage pour une vue superbe sur le golfe du Mexique. Il dispose d'un lit king size dans la chambre principale, un lit Queen dans la chambre d'amis et un grand canapé-lit dans le salon. Il ya 3 joueurs de TV et DVD et l'accès haut-débit à Internet est disponible. La cuisine design ouverte surplombe la salle à manger sur la plage. Il est entièrement équipé avec tous les appareils et il ya une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le condo pour votre commodité.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the property needed an update on items like cabinets and furniture. Some routine maintenance was also needed such as burned out light bulbs and the screens for the sliding door to the balcony was ripped. Otherwise the property was decent and fairly comfortable.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is located in a great and quiet location. The condo was spacious and overall great. The only thing I saw that needed to be done is the silverware that is now in there to be replaced. In the bathroom replacing the old faucet with new ones. Overall, this was a nice, comfortable condo unit and would stay there again.

Best Family Vacation in years!!

Great comfy seating with two recliners and big couch in living room and great water pressure in showers. Washer & dryer worked great!! Came home from Vacay without any dirty laundry!!! Great size balcony. Front desk helpful and Chris at Realtor was a sweetheart!! WE WILL RENT THIS CONDO AGAIN!!!!!

Good location needs some tlc

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach was great. Condo needed a carpet clean, some new comforters, bathroom showers were discusting, the walls were literally slimy. Overall it wasn’t a disaster but for the money you shell out for these condos you can get a very nice hotel room. Owners should spend a couple bucks and shampoo carpet and get on their cleaning crews.

Just a few needs.

Enjoyed my stay but sofa sleeper was a joke! Nothing to hold it up and the mattress was just a thing spring. Ended up putting it on couch cushions on the floor. Glad it was just for the kids! Needed more blankets only had bedspreads. Well stocked kitchen supplies and lots of beach toys! The sliding glass door was impossible to slide even in after we cleaned track and soaped it to help with slide. Could really get hurt trying to pull. Great master with bath. Really nice and clean complex! Big pool right on the beach.

The kitchen appeared to be stocked with items from Goodwill. There were very few matching dishes and forks and knives were very, very piece milled! I would not want to stay here again! I loved the property where it was located. This was a very bad experience for me. I brought my new bride to be and we were very disappointed. For the price we paid we should've had much, much better accommodations. I would not recommend this condo for anyone!Ken Hanie

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Okaloosa Island for the last 8 years from Mid Jan to Beginning of March. We had to book later than normal due to health issues. The unit had been cleaned but was in serious need of a thorough deep cleaning and updating furniture and fixtures. The nicest part of the unit was the swimming pool and overall condition of the grounds. We called when we got there due to many missing and burnt out light bulbs we were told that they would contact the owners but nothing happend and we finally just bought new bulbs and replaced them. Also someone came and lookd at the broken screen door and said they would tell the owners to get new one. Carpet and livng room furniture was in need of a good cleaning as it was deep down dirty. We called because water was leaking below kitchen sink and someone did come out and replace the disposal. While it was not necessarily your fault we did go three days without water due to repairs in the system taking place. It just added to our general diaappointment in this years trip and stay

Great place to stay

Room was clean had eveything we needed. There is quick access to the beach and they have chairs and umbrellas ready early am. We will visit again next year.

Great view

Had a good time. The umbrella/chair attendant very nice and helpful. Condo clean...balcony table and chairs weren't very comfortable. Had an issue getting access to condo... I didn't receive an email telling me how to get into the condo. Check in was on a Sunday. Had to call vrbo and they were very helpful. The Sunday we checked in had to call the property manager emergency number to get details to get packet info to get into condo. Overall a great time.

Also the cabinet door plastic finish is coming off and we were afraid we would break a piece.

Perfect Weather & Water

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week at Islander 2004. The location and the complex was so easy to get from room to pool to beach to parking. Stairs and elevators were located perfectly. There were a couple of small repairs needed to the unit. The broken chair on balcony was probably the only one that affected our comfort. I listed a few things and left it with the key in drop box on check out.

Our Family Spot

We’ve stayed at the Islander before and we decided a couple years ago that it’s where go now. Only problem this time was that we realized on our first full day maintenance had come into our condo and changed out the refrigerator without notifying us first. They moved all our food. We left jewelry and wallets and cash and car keys in the room while we were at the beach. Did not appreciate that. BUT we love the view and location. As long that doesn’t happen again we will be good!
