Dolphin Bay Estate is situated in the charming town of Captain Cook, on the breathtaking Big Island of Hawaii. It is just a leisurely 2-minute stroll away from a secluded private beach. This exclusive location provides guests with the ultimate in privacy and tranquility, while still being within reach of the island`s most popular attractions.
The estate comprises two distinctive structures: the Main House and a charming Cottage. Together, they offer spacious accommodations for a group of family and friends, ensuring everyone has their own corner of paradise.

The cottage:
1 bedroom (king)
*** All rooms are now equipped with ACs
**** MAIN HOUSE ceiling fan in the living room is currently out of order
Guests will have the entire estate to themselves. Reach out to us if you have any questions during your stay.
***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone.
**We do not provide linens for the pack n play as babies might be sensitive to the detergent.
**Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds.
**To ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that all dog owners clean up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste properly using the bags and bins provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.
***TRASH & GARBAGE: All food and non-recyclable waste is to be bagged, closed, and put in one of the containers outside.
*** The gardener may visit during your stay and will be respectful of your space and privacy.
*** Natural noises, including roosters, frogs, etc are part of our community and can be loud at night during your stay. If you are sensitive to sound, we suggest bringing earplugs.
***Before making a reservation, we want to make sure our guests are aware of the natural environment, which includes local wildlife, rodents, and tropical pests, such as geckos, mosquitos, sugar ants, scorpions, carpenter bees, and the good ole cockroaches. They`re just a part of our normal life here, on our beautiful Big Island. If you`re excited about getting close to nature, you`ll have a wonderful time embracing everything that surrounds you during your stay. Our homes are well-treated but some of these critters are seasonal and have their own cycles. Our best efforts can still result in sighting.
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside and outside.
- Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please donât eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew.
- Turn off the lights/fans when you leave.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
- Please donât rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes.
- Respect our neighbors. Our homes are close together and our neighbors are our friends who are not on vacation, so please respect quiet time.
