Our charming 2BR/2BA home features tall ceilings, original wood floors, and a cozy queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, front porch, and a backyard with pergola + propane grill. Walk to South Table Mountain trailhead, Bonfire Burritos, and downtown Golden. Sleep soundly on organic Avocado mattresses with soft cotton sheets.

Perfect for any weekend getaway, digital nomad, or parentâs weekend at the Colorado School of Mines, this home is just a short walk to both campus and downtown Golden. There really is something for everyone in this incredible mountain town.
Grab a growler at Golden City Brewery (GCB) or breakfast burrito from Bonfire, and enjoy the front porch for neighbor-watching or private back-patio complete with fully fenced yard, grill, and delightful pergola.
After a long day of exploring, be sure to open the French doors onto the private, pergola covered patio, fire up the grill, and relax under the stars.

2 Bathrooms both with cotton towels, blow-dryer, shampoo/conditioner & bodywash. (Non toxic soaps).
1 bathroom has tub and the other has a walk in shower.

The property boasts a spacious living areas where you can unwind and spend quality time with your loved ones.
High ceilings, fans for the hotter days, plenty of seating and a smart TV. PLUS, open our French doors and enjoy the outdoor patio space.
Dedicated Workspace located in main bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
Gas stove top, 4 person dining table with extension to seat 6.

Central AC is a ducted swamp cooler system- no options for "Swamp cooler" on the settings. Works very well but this must be noted.
Snow Shovel provided: Professional removal discretion of management & typically over 3ft.

No pets allowed
Parties & other large events are prohibited by owner
