Luxe on the Green is one of the newly constructed 3-Bedroom Mountain Lodges in Schaffer’s Mill featuring a sleek and comfortable aesthetic. This townhome overlooks both the 4th and 5th holes of the championship golf course and features 2,100 square feet of living space spread out over two floors. Inside, guests will find three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and ample shared living space. Able to accommodate six guests, Luxe on the Green is the ideal destination for a family vacation or an intimate couples’ retreat.
Luxe on the Green has its own private patio with a hot tub and sweeping golf course and mountain views. In addition to the panoramic view, the patio has a gas grill, fireplace and outdoor seating. Sit down to enjoy the scenery or grill up an al fresco meal. Guests will also love the patio’s large fire pit. The double glass doors from the patio lead inside to the cozy living room, which is the central gathering place. The oversized plush sofa offers plenty of cozy sitting. Choose to relax in front of the expansive gas fireplace and enjoy a good book or watch a movie on the wall-mounted flat screen TV.
The open layout of the main floor means you can move freely between the living room and the large, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has state of the art stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and gorgeous wood cabinetry. The kitchen has a large center island with enough space for four guests to sit and dine. The townhome’s dining table is also located between the kitchen and living space and has seats for ten.
The Primary Bedroom at Luxe on the Green is located on the main level. This luxurious room has a King Bed, a flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a grand walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks and spacious walk-in closet. Located upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a combination shower and bathtub. The second bedroom has a King Bed, and the third bedroom has a Queen Bed.

PLACER COUNTY STR ORDINANCE: Placer County requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to your home's Short Term Rental Permit. These policies are strictly enforced and fines from the county ranging from $1,500 - $5,000 can be issued to guests for each violation.
PARKING: All cars must be parked in the garage and/or driveway. Parking on the street is prohibited at all times.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the agreement.
QUIET HOURS: (9PM – 8AM) No sound from the vacation rental home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors.
LIGHTS OUT: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such other outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors must be turned off between the hours of 10pm-7am, seven days a week.
RED FLAG WARNINGS: Due to extreme wildfire danger all outdoor wood or charcoal burning is prohibited, including open wood burn pits, bonfires, campfires, and charcoal grills. Do not bring personnel grills or portable fireplaces. When a National Weather Service Red Flag Warning is in effect for the geographical area where the short-term rental is located, all sources of outdoor open flame (including gas/propane/pellet BBQs) are prohibited. It is your responsibility to be informed of Red Flag Warnings. You will see signs on the front of all fire district stations, hear about it on the news, see it on social media and hear about it on the radio.
TRASH: Please keep our bears safe by properly storing and disposing of trash. Do not leave food unattended in your cars our outside for any reason. Trash should be disposed of in the bear-proof trash receptacles located within the properties garage.
