We had a wonderful stay at an Avant condo property in Lake Tahoe! The unit was located close to the ski lifts and well appointed with tasteful decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to make and serve meals. The community areas had comfortable furniture and a nice configuration. Instructions were given in a timely and easy to understand way. Communications were also good. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Ski Getaway!

Absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location couldn't have been more convenient—just a short walk to the ski lift, which made getting on the slopes a breeze. The best part? They allowed us to bring our dog, which made the trip feel even more special. The property was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

5 Stars!

Very impressed with Avant Stay, will look for their properties in the future. The attention to detail can only be compared to a 5 star hotel. They thought of everything which was great since we arrived to a blizzard dumping 86 inches of snow and everything was shut down

Beautiful View!

The condo was clean and well stocked with all we needed and then some. It snowed much of the time we were there and the view was not lost on us- beautiful! The unit is located up stairs and then it is a short walk to the ski run that leads to the gondola and village. Not fun walking in ski boots but very doable!

Lovely and convenient

We’ve stayed at a few different units in this complex and they vary a lot. This one has newer updates, is very clean and well stocked. The management company is responsive, and we appreciated that they had extra supplies of paper goods, towels and bedding available in the unit. There were books and board games for entertainment and the internet speed was fast.
