The main house on this property is a captivating A-frame design, features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Inside, you'll find modern amenities including a full kitchen, wifi and electric heat. Gather around the wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. The finished basement doubles as a game room, adding an extra layer of entertainment.



Step outside to a landscape that's equally inviting. Embrace the serene riverfront ambiance and indulge in kayaking with the provided equipment. A mere mile away is Equinunk village, while a short quarter-mile stroll leads to a township boat launch, enabling leisurely river floats back to your retreat.

The Adjacent, a 2-BR cottage can be added on at an additional cost for larger groups. The cottage also offers a loft, kitchen, wifi and wood stove and exudes mountain charm.

The cottage cannot be booked by other guests during your stay ensuring your privacy.
