For stays of 10+ days, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the standard cleaning fee. Weekly cleaning service and linen exchange are mandatory for extended bookings.

Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. 2. NO SMOKING. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises, including marijuana, vaping, or other types of smoking.
3. QUIET HOURS. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and quiet hours between 10pm-8am daily.
4. PETS. There are no pets allowed in the building. (This applies to birds with feathers, but please feel free to bring the bird in your soul along.)
