Emily's Cottage at Cayou Channel - Orcas Island

NEW TO PROGRAM - Emily's Cottage at Cayou Channel is all ready to go, after a complete interior remodel. It's cute, very comfortable, convenient to Orcas Village Store shopping and has excellent parking right next door. Walk to the Orcas Hotel for dinner! Talk about convenient. A one minute drive to the ferry landing departure lanes is there when you need it.

This is a one bedroom home with a built-in California King sleeping area and comfortable mattress. It is supplied with the luxurious NWIE linens, and all normal amenities. It even has a new clothes washer/dryer combo unit as on may yachts these days. In the evenings you can enjoy streaming television on the large wall-mounted smart TV in the large bedroom area, while sitting on the included comfortable sofa.

The living room is gracious and adjoins the kitchen eating bar area seating. There is even a sofa bed in this area too. By San Juan County vacation rental permit rules, we are limited to a total of 3 guests. Due to street-front proximity to Emily's Cottage, we are limiting any children to at least 10 years of age.

This home is inexpensive, brand new inside and extremely cheerful. Why not give it a try? Due to lack of appropriate space to use one, there is no BBQ at this home. It does have a small exterior deck area on the street side of the house for evening sipping of wine with a table and two chairs. Please note there are 16 steep steps to the entrance.
