Villa Isia is a contemporary 2-bedroom villa with gorgeous views of St. Jean Bay. Just a short distance uphill from the beach, shops and restaurants of St. Jean, Villa Isia is in a desirable location. From nearly every corner of the large terrace and infinity pool, the panoramic views are impressive. The living room and kitchen are in separated spaces but open to each other. Both spaces are fully screened, allowing the natural breezes to cool the house, while keeping out any pesky bugs. The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and an indoor dining table, while a second dining table is just outside on the covered terrace. The bedrooms on either side of the living and kitchen with interior access make Villa Isia ideal for a family with children, but also works beautifully privacy-wise for couples vacationing together. The bedrooms are nearly equal, with the master bedroom only slightly larger with a European king-sized bed, while the guestroom has a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom is complete with his-and-hers closets, an ensuite bathroom with shower, and both enjoy beautiful ocean views. Villa Isia comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
