The Lodge @ 97 Rockhouse allows guests to escape to the serene beauty of the North Cascade Mountains and experience the ultimate mountain getaway in this newly renovated, modern penthouse retreat. Nestled amidst towering pines, this luxurious sanctuary offers the perfect blend of comfort and style.
You will find yourself less than 20 mins from Leavenworth, 30 mins from Wenatchee, and 1 hour to both Steven's Pass and Mission Ridge.

Step inside to discover a haven of contemporary elegance, where sleek design meets mountain charm. The heart of the home awaits in the dreamy custom kitchen, where culinary adventures come to life amidst state-of-the-art appliances and ample space for group gatherings.
With plenty of room for both intimate gatherings and large get-togethers, this mountain home boasts a sprawling layout that invites relaxation and connection. Unwind in the inviting living area, adorned with plush furnishings and panoramic views of the surrounding forest.
Venture outdoors to the expansive deck, where el fresco dining and leisurely lounging await. Sip your morning coffee as you bask in the tranquil beauty of nature under the starlit sky for an unforgettable evening.
Planning an event or wedding? The 97 Rock House, just next door, is a wonderful venue with an incredible setting! Book your stay at The Lodge if youâre planning an event.

THINGS TO KNOW:
There is limited cell phone coverage when traveling on Highway 97/Blewett Pass and when at the home. It is strongly recommended that you enable Wi-Fi calling when you arrive at the home. Guests should download maps offline prior to traveling to the home.
Though located off Highway 97, the 2023 renovation included sound proofing to allow guests to enjoy their surroundings and time with family and friends with little noise from highway traffic. Sound machines are also provided in each bedroom.
You are next door to The 97 Rock House Cafe and are above the cafe's roastery and bakery. You may catch the smells of coffee and/or baked goods during your stay.
**NOVEMBER TO APRIL**
We canât stress enough that snow tires, all-wheel-drive and chains are necessary to get to this home during the winter season. The Lodge @ 97 Rockhouse is off Highway 97 and while WSDOT (Washington State Department of Transportation) will work hard to keep Highway 97 clear, there may be times were WSDOT requires traction tires or chains when traveling on Highway 97. Your safety is our top priority, and we want guests to be well prepared for the winter months.
PROPERTY RULES:
1. Max Occupancy: 12 guests
2. Max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles and 2 trailers (boat/jet ski/snow mobile)
3. Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am
4. Trash shall not be left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
PROPERTY VIOLATIONS AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guestsâ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
PETS ALLOWED:
We allow dogs only, a max of two dogs for a $250 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.
PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS
We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles and two trailers (boat/jet ski/snow mobile trailers). Parking can be out front and signs are marked for reserved guest parking.
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
There are two outdoor cameras on the property. One camera overlooks the parking area and entrance to the home; the second camera is at the 97 Rock House and oversees the area between the cafe and south side of the home and deck. Cameras are there to help monitor weather, potential wild animals and for guest safety.
**Tampering with cameras is immediate cause of eviction.
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

Over the last 15+ years we have spent many weekend adventures renting off VRBO, so we are thrilled to share another vacation home with others. We hope that through our experiences renting and hosting/managing other vacation rentals, we have built a house suitable for many. The setting and atmosphere of this home is what sets it apart! With being such an incredible home, secluded and surrounded by nature, guests are guaranteed to have a relaxing retreat! Our favorite is sitting on the back deck enjoying the sunrise and forest views; it's even better when you're surrounded by snow and the bright sun is there keeping you warm. We love walking next door to grab a bite to eat. The kids love the treats and baked goods too!
