Both master bedrooms have been upgraded with high quality linens and premium Nectar mattresses, and each bedroom has a flat screen TV with ROKU. There are new custom twin size bunk beds with premium Nectar mattresses and storage in the hall alcove and in the living room the couch is a queen sleeper sofa also with a premium mattress. The living room is a perfect setting for family movie night or watching the game with a newly mounted 75 inch TV.

The well-equipped full-size kitchen features all brand new stainless steel appliances plus all the cookware, dishware, and utensils needed to prepare your favorite meal. This kitchen is equipped with a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig for your preference. You can choose to eat your breakfast outside to enjoy the oversized back porch. Additionally, the unit features a new stackable washer and dryer, as well as an outdoor storage chest stocked with beach supplies. These items include two beach chairs, tanning chairs, beach umbrella sand toys and a beach cart for transportation.

You can also enjoy the community pool with hot tub, outdoor grills and picnic tables. This resort also offers outdoor showers and a water hose for washing off beach equipment. This condo is in a gated community, a code is needed to enter and exit the resort. To get to the beach exit the door of the back porch, take the pathway to the back gate, and you’re just steps away from the beach.
