This comfy 4 Bedroom, 3 Full bathroom house has great space for your stay in Decorah! With 2 Living Room areas and a full Kitchen you'll have plenty of space! Oneota Golf Course is right around the corner! The Famous Toppling Goliath Brewery is just 3 miles up the hill! Take the kids right down the street to one of the local Parks! The Trout Run Trail is within steps of the front door. You can Walk/Run/Bike into town or all around our pleasant little town. The Upper Iowa River runs so close to put your kayak in for a float or do a little fishing! The Fish Hatchery/ Beautiful Siewers Springs is 3.5 miles down the road. Walmart and a local Gas station are about 1.5 miles. Have a Mabe's Pizza delivered to the front door! The Decorah Airport is just 3 miles East. Everything in the downtown Decorah area is within a few minutes from this peaceful neighborhood! Luther College/West Side of Decorah is just across town. This is in a very family friendly neighborhood in the Decorah area. So close to everything but yet away from the downtown crowd. The driveway has plenty of room for everyone's vehicles, kayaks, bikes, etc.. There are so many parks and attractions in Decorah within a few miles. This house sleeps 10 people easily. If you need to use the basement sectional or bring and Air mattress for a bit more sleeping space we are open to that. Please just let us know the exact amount of people in the group and that you are doing so. We will charge accordingly.

Such a nice place. Had everything we needed and even though the weather wasn't great, there was so much space to entertain ourselves. Would definitely come back.

This is a clean, well-maintained, comfortably furnished home with a well apppointed kitchen. There is ample space for a family and the extra bathroom is a plus. Quiet neighborhood that is close to all the sights and activities in the area.

A great place to stay. It fit our requirements. Clean, well supplied kitchen, nice lawn for a lawn game, comfortable living room seating. All was perfect, except for an early morning TP shortage in one bathroom.

Super comfortable, clean, quiet and conveniently located home. We were a small family group here for Luther College homecoming, but this home would sleep 10 in beds and 4 more on sofa sleepers! The host thought of everything to make our stay safe and comfortable! We will stay here again when we return to Decorah!

Family vacation

Clean and a few toys if you have little ones, close to Dunning Springs waterfall, fish hatchery, shopping downtown, tubing, electric bikes.It was fantastic!

Family gathering

This property was perfect for our low-key family get together to celebrate the 80th birthdays of both of my parents. It was comfortable and homey and the layout was great, even for one person with mobility challenges. I loved that there were games and toys for wide age ranges. The kitchen had everything anyone might need and then some! Finally, shout out to the amazing water pressure!

Host was wonderful to work with

Actually booked for wrong night for Luther Graduation, not realized until after refund window and second payment. She worked with us to issue a partial refund on the second payment as she was booked the rest of the weekend. Did her absolute best to help while she juggled multiple responsibilities and was kind the whole way through.

Perfect Place For A Family!

Our family needed a place to stay for the weekend and this was such a perfect gem for us! It was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and up to date. Amanda was very kind and response to my messages. There were plenty of rooms for 7 people, and loads of t.v., games, etc. to entertain us all. We can't wait to come back soon! Thank you so very much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

Perfect Ladies Weekend

The house was perfect for our ladies' weekend. Four of us met there to relax and catch up with each other. We absolutely loved the house. It was very clean and arranged perfectly for us. We each had our own bedroom and there were lovely spaces for us to hang out together. We enjoyed the fireplace downstairs and played cards downstairs around the table. We will definitely consider this home again for our annual get away and I am considering renting it for a family get together in the future also. I loved it!

Our Son is Married!

Absolutely Perfect! Our son chose Decorah to get married! What a beautiful place with so much to offer! Our family came from Idaho and Montana. We had 9 adults and a toddler. This VRBO had everything we needed for everyone! We had small family gathering after reception. There was plenty of room. Our host was wonderful about getting back to us with our questions, quick responses. We drove our 38 foot RV from Idaho out for the wedding and Amanda made sure we had room to park and plug in. We are so appreciative and will definitely book next year to celebrate an upcoming anniversary! We are looking forward to coming back to bike/hike and kayak! This house had everything to offer! Awesome kitchen and plenty of room to cook! Bedrooms were perfect with comfy beds and plenty of room for luggage etc. two living room areas and an awesome area for games, a foze ball table, dart board and room for everyone to enjoy just hanging and playing games/cards! 3 bathrooms were awesome for getting everyone ready for each day! This is a must book property for families and group gatherings! Beautiful neighborhood and close to everything! Thank you so much! Great memories!
