Fantastic neighborhood that is both quiet and extremely safe! Just down the street from the Mennonite Village with easy access to all major highways!
Includes security system with outdoor camera that covers exterior doors and driveway. Security panel is accessible by guests and is running during stays.
Enjoyed our stay. Quiet residential neighborhood. Nie park close by. Convenient to shopping and Corvallis. Had a minor issue at first which was resolved by Host. Would stay there again.
Very calm and relaxing stay with family. Only issue was kitchen sink faucet became inoperable and couldnât use at all Friday and most Saturday but owner came on Saturday afternoon and replaced it! Very comfortable stay would stay again.
The owners were great to send me instructions about entry and clean up, but didnât respond to my messages or texts when I had them. Thatâs why I gave them 4 stars.
Les points faibles : Communication et exactitude de lâannonce
Needs better preparation
1) We had booked the house for 6 people. We found precisely 6 bath towels and 6 hand towels -- no extras. There were no washcloths, no bath mats and no kitchen towels. (BTW, the ad claims the house sleeps 8 but there are only 3 double beds) There were no filters for the coffee maker. We texted the owner about these shortages and received a delivery from WalMart 24 hours later with extra towels, coffee filters, and a package of coffee pods for the Keurig. 3) The cutlery drawer contained only 4 flatware knives. There were only 5 place mats for the dining table. 4) There were two remote controls left in the basket under the TV set. Neither remote had any instructions on how to use them. We finally figured out how to use the TV remote, by trial and error. The other remote was supposed to raise the blinds over the front window but we could not get it to work, even after inserting fresh batteries. We texted the owner about this but received no reply until 24 hours later, when he suggested that the batteries in the shade itself might need changing. He explained that he was away. There are NO batteries in the shade: it plugs directly in the wall socket. So we spent the next two days unable to raise the front blinds. On our third day we found, by accident, another remote buried in the sofa cushions, which turned out to be the remote for the blinds, and it worked fine. Don't know what the other remote was for.
We used this place to eat and sleep as we needed a respite from sitting at hospice. We overstayed daily as long as possible and appreciated the owner working with us on this.
Property was very clean and neat.
Communication with owner very easy for check-in and departure.
Was perfect for me and my daughter for our weekend adventure .
Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to OSU. The space was comfortable and exactly as described, perfect for our family while visiting one of our daughters at OSU. Overall, models. Learn more
This was a base for a variety of family members to eat, get ready for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding in Corvallis plus for little ones to take naps. It worked very well. Itâs especially clean and fresh inside in what felt like a very safe neighborhood with good parking. The best TV weâve ever seen.
This place was C L E A N ! The home was exactly as listing suggested. We had a great stay while we were here for a family wedding. I used the kitchen to make the wedding cake and 152 cupcakes and it was perfect for what I needed to accomplish this task. The only luxury I missed was a TV in bedroom as Iâm used to falling asleep to the TV and maybe an overhead fan in bedrooms since we are from FL we are used to sleeping with fans lol. The house was so clean and beds 100% comfortable! We would def stay here again and the hosts responded quickly to messages.
Very positive stay. Nice house, comfortable beds. Walkable to Mennonite Village.
We had a hiccup at check in with the house not being clean at our arrival. I was able to reach them and we were able to get in by 8 pm
A vrbo is a vrbo and you order up what you need for your trip. But with this rental property group you get more than that.
We had a major issue with the house that we discovered at check-in â the ac unit was out. Itâs after business hours and one of the hottest weeks of the year. I got an instant response from the host every time I contacted them. They got a tech out asap and when it couldnât be fixed for a few days, found a work around of a portable unit so that we could be comfortable during the stay.
Sometimes things happen during your vacay, but with this group - when something bad happens to the house that youâre in - they are ON IT and you are not alone! I highly recommend Vacation Oregon as the owner. If youâre lucky enough to get one of their properties then youâll be able to concentrate on the real reason youâre here! My eternal thanks to this group!
We were very pleased with our stay. The home was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. The location was close to all of our activities and just a short drive to the coast.
This was a great overall visit at the property. Everything was accessible and speaking with the property manager was very easy, and her response time was very quick. I had no issues with the home would definitely love to rent again on my return.
Ww traveled to Albany for dog shows and this was the perfect place for staying with dogs. We crated in the garage and the pups had a nice fenced yard to get some exercise. The home is comfortable and clean and feels very safe. We would stay again.
