Beautiful home and very responsive owners. Unfortunately for what we paid per night we had to connect with them on a couple items. They immediately got an electrician in and brought box fans over which was greatly appreciated.

We’re also glad the portable fans we brought over helped keep you comfortable in the meantime. After your stay, both bedroom ceiling fans were replaced. This is a perfect beach house! We enjoyed everything about it-the pool, outdoor kitchen, location and views are stellar. It is extremely well stocked to host families with young children to groups of friends wanting to cook and hangout. Highly highly recommend!

Just by the pictures and details of the property we were very excited. Upon arrival, we realized it was even better than anticipated! It’s very convenient to everything Folly and the views are a continuous wow factor throughout the house. We stayed here to celebrate our mom’s 70th birthday, and it was truly the perfect place! The house is absolutely stunning and, without a doubt, the nicest one we saw on Folly Beach. We walked along the beach and never found another home that compared!The hosts were incredibly communicative, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a five-star experience. And they absolutely delivered! We had eight people staying at the house, and there was an abundance of space for everyone. It was the perfect setting to spend quality time together, enjoy one another’s company, and celebrate such a special milestone.We also hired a private chef through Chef Handley, and we absolutely loved the experience! The food was delicious, and their warmth and personalities made the evening even more enjoyable.We would love to come back! A beautiful home, wonderful hosts, and an unforgettable experience. Thank you for helping make our mom’s 70th birthday so special!

The house was amazing! So many positive things to say:) Access to the beach was very easy. Pool overlooking the beach was beautiful! The backyard had so many activities to do! The layout of the house was great, big but cozy at the same time! So many amenities included that we did not have to worry about like laundry soap, dish soap, garbage bags etc:) We enjoyed ourselves so much and will be back!!

Absolutely stunning property!!! If I could rate higher, I would. Our stay could not have been an better. Tom and Hannah were the best hosts and we will definitely be booking again in the future. I am the matriarch of a family of 12 and we live in four different states. Every summer we have had a 3 generation house party for at least the last 10 years.We had never been to Folly Beach, but now, have fallen in love. We ALL loved the gorgeous house, the pool and perfect location with clear, brilliant views of the beach, ocean and marsh. This was, by far, the loveliest, cleanest and best appointed rental we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect…communications, check in, even already blown up floatation devices! The hosts clearly understand how to make their guests feel relaxed and entertained. Thank you! We are hoping to come back next year!

Wonderful vacation

My family and I stayed here for our family vacation. The house was wonderful. Beautiful views! The kids loved the pool and the backyard! Great neighborhood! The host was very responsive in answering any questions we had. Would stay again!

Amazing property! House had all amenities and then some. Only drawback was that the beach was undergoing restoration and could not be accessed easily for part of the stay (warning for that would have been appreciated).

Dream Beach House!

Wave Watcher has everything you could ask for and more! Great views from all of the porches, very easy beach access, loved the pool and backyard activities. We spent a week vacation here and barely left aside from going to the beach because it was so relaxing, comfortable and there was also plenty to keep our 3 1/2 year old busy! We were all sad to leave and are definitely planning to return!

Five Star Beach House

We spent the past 5 days here with our family and it was perfect. So relaxing. The house is perfect, large enough to give us all time to be together but also plenty of space to go off and do your own thing if you wish. Folly Beach is charming, loved the laid back vibe. It was so nice to have a pool and an ocean right across the street. We all commented that it is probably the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in.

Spectacular!

We enjoyed celebrating my husband’s birthday there with 3 other couples, the accommodations couldn’t have been more perfect with each bedroom having its own bathroom and large deck space. The location was ideal and the convenience to the beach was wonderful. The communication with the owners made the process super easy. I highly recommend this home and am so happy we were able to experience this magical property!

Beautiful home, perfect for a friends weekend

Met up with 6 long-time friends for a long weekend in Charleston / Folly Beach. This is the perfect house for a group - beautiful, nice, new, clean - huge kitchen (brought in a chef one night) and so many lovely places to sit outside. We absolutely loved it - and Tom and Hannah were so responsive and the perfect hosts. I would absolutely recommend this place for a group of friends or a family get-together - it's amazing!

Amazing

Everything about the property is perfect even has a generator incase power loss on island. Clean with new home feel and smell has everything you could ask for and very close to beach ubers are usually 20 min wait max since close to downtown charleston food on island is equally as good great time would rent again

This was our first trip to Folly Beach and it was a great week. Wave Watcher is a very enjoyable & over the top rental property. Friends and family enjoyed the oceanside private pool to watch the surfers and dolphins along with the backyard amenities. Great layout for large groups and stocked very well.
