Chalet meublé de luxe situé à quelques minutes de la plage et du parc de Rye! Nouvelle rénovation haut de gamme, avec cuisine à quartz, électroménagers en acier inoxydable et plus encore! Planchers de bois franc partout. Deux salles de bains en marbre flambant neuves, dont une avec baignoire à jet à bulles. Deux placards sans rendez-vous. Le bungalow de rêve est à distance de marche de restaurants et de magasins supplémentaires. Dispose d'un parking pour 3 voitures. Il y a une belle terrasse en bois et une table à manger en teck pour les repas en plein air. Peut également être loué en location d'été.

Everything about this stay was exceptional. My husband is usually not comfortable staying in someone else’s home, but after we arrived, even he remarked that this was a wonderful place — which is truly saying a lot. We spent three weeks in New York and felt completely at ease.Susan was an outstanding host who took care of any needs as they came up, and her hospitality made our stay even better. The location and accommodations were excellent.We would absolutely recommend this place to others and would happily book again!

Wonderful Summer Rental

We booked this wonderful bungalow for the summer and just loved it. Close to the beach and all Rye has to offer. Great outdoor space and friendly hosts. I recommend it to anyone who wants a getaway suprisingly close to NYC.

Great Bungalow

Our family stayed the month of July and it was perfect. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Susan is a terrific host and helped whenever needed. Truly a rare find and highly recommend! Hope to stay again!

Beautiful Cozy Cottage

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cozy cottage. It was the perfect size and location. It had everything we needed and loved walking in the park nearby. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner answered our questions and responded quickly. Lovely location and hope we can reserve it again in early Spring.

Fabulous stay in Rye

Y’all, this place just could not be any nicer! It is a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath “cottage”, beautifully appointed, on a quiet cul-de-sac, within a short walk (5-10 minutes) from beautiful Rye Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a lovely deck with a big shady maple tree. I stayed here for the month of May, and this rental has everything I could have wanted! Simply perfect! I look forward to returning soon!

Not recommended

I rented this property for three months while relocating to NY. The house is very uncomfortable, particularly the furniture and the bed. More importantly, the property owner is extremely difficult to deal with and prone to angry outbursts. I would stay somewhere else if you want to have an enjoyable trip.

They were the most difficult renters I have ever had. As you can see from my 5 star record, I am a caring landlord that responds to my renters needs in a timely fashion. Renters have loved the house. They complained I did not respond quickly to their complaint of the refrigerator making a loud noise. I was very sympathetic and responded promptly but could not make an appointment because she said that she had to be there when the repairman but she was only there after his hours: I texted “I was hesitant to make an appointment as you said you are not there during their hours of operation(and wouldn’t accept my housekeeper to be there) The repairman that finally came when her husband returned from a trip said the noise was caused by tenters pushing the refrigerator closer to the wall. He did not even charge me. When my husband and I arrived the day they left, the top deadbolt was also locked. We were shocked because we only give out the one key. We only gave them the key to the bottom lock so there was no way they could have locked the dead bolt from the outside. This could only be locked by them locking it from the inside and exiting from the kitchen door. This could only be done by them on purpose. If it had been another guest arriving, they could not have gotten into the house. This was done with malevolent intent because we could not rent them our house to them for another week. They were closing on a house nearby. When we arrived at our house we immediately found th

Home Away From Home

I rented this on behalf of my parents who needed a comfortable place to stay during my Mom’s treatments. These are their sentiments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this marvelous place. We were treated kindly and respectfully by the owners. A neighboring property was undergoing some construction. Because of this and a horrible storm (that no one asked for), The power was out for a few hours in the AC unit was broken. We lacked for nothing. They were able to remedy everything very quickly and we went on to enjoy our stay immensely. The property itself is fabulously taken care of, very clean, and everything anyone would need was supplied and convenient. Our only regret is that we had to leave. We would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Rye. The owners truly were concerned about our well-being and during the storm for in constant communication assuring that everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. We cannot come up with enough adjectives to properly describe how much we enjoyed staying there! The Harrises

Sadly this was a very unpleasant experience, solely due to the owner. She is divisive with anger issues, and as it turns out, a blatant liar. She is paranoid, and has a camera that she wanted to be on. I went above and beyond to communicate with her, but to no avail. She is short and vague on purpose, then blames you for “playing dumb”. For example, she said extra housekeeping would be 60 and that the housekeeper needs money to pay thousands for her cat’s surgery. I said I’m happy to have her work to help her, and even paid extra. She then accused me of shortchanging her, saying it was 30/hour and that it took 4 hrs. Turns out not even the cat person was the one that came to clean. She was rude on text, and hung up the phone on me. Each time I apologized thinking maybe I had inadvertently offended her, but to no avail. It’s sad because the house is practical (has ants though) and in a good location if you need to be in that area (which I did for my kids’ sports training). I left the house spotless, and took photos and videos of everything for her. I would not have even written this bad review had she not pushed me over the edge about the fictional antique frog statue that we allegedly broke (she says it was outside, which of course I did not think to video). Unless you have a desperate need to be in that exact area, proceed with caution, but if not, it is absolutely not worth the frustration and the erratic and condescending behavior that you will likely receive.

Tuck Away With Everything You Need

We stayed for a month and it was perfect. Perfect for the 2 of us and we were able to comfortably accommodate friends when the visited; this quaint bungalow was walking distance from the beach, food and a short drive to much more. Super responsive and generous owner that made us feel quite at home.

Quaint Cottage in Rye, NY

This cottage had everything you would need and more. Kitchen is updated, beds are comfortable. I love the neighborhood. A half mile walk to the beach. Our dogs loved running on the beach, which is allowed until April 1st. The landlords were so on top of everything. They returned our calls/texts immediately. I would definitely stay there again.

This small cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, well equipped and it was nice and warm during January. The condition of the appliances could use some attention and the overall cleanliness as well. It’s walkable to town and the beach area in 10-15 min. There are some small cafes and pizza shop and deli very close. It was very peaceful and quiet for great sleeping. There are two full baths which is nice and tv in all rooms!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful cottage in charming Rye. The cottage had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay, and everything was first class. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in, beds were very comfortable, and owner was very responsive to our needs. The deck on the side of the house was a great place to relax and enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. The beach is a very short walk up the street. There is a wonderful little market just around the corner with delicious prepared foods, muffins and pastries. The train into the City is just a 5 minute drive away. Downtown Rye is charming. We would highly recommend this lovely cottage.

Fabulous retreat near the beach

Location! Location! Location! We had a wonderful stay here. The house is close to the beach, parks, train station and the gorgeous town of Rye. It's been recently renovated and includes modern amenities (washer/dryer, etc.). This is a great house for families either for a weekend escape from the city or longer stays. Highly recommend it.

Cottage Near the Beach

My wife, and I, recently stayed at this charming cottage. It is within a few blocks of beautiful Rye Beach. It is near the finest restaurant in Rye - La Panetiere. The cottage was clean with very modern appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, and secluded. The owner has seen to all the conveniences expected in an upscale rental. She was responsive to all our needs. She is just a charming woman.
