Villa Terracotta is an outstanding luxury villa overseeing Indian ocean, Kuta, Seminyak and South of Bali. All the rooms have ocean view, same as kitchen, living and pool areas. Built with natural high end materials. Location as cozy as it could be, safe gang with residental villas provides you with a secure feeeling. It will take around 5-10 minutes driving to numerous cliff restaurants and clubs or to famous white sand beaches with crystal clear water.

The space
• Situated in a safe residential gang, the villa is quiet and private
• A modern designed and beautifully decorated villa - pure classic, completed in 2015 and maintained to a very high standard as it is a second home for the owner.
• The villa is open style which is great for better Bali nature feeling.
• Inside, the villa is huge and spacious with three bedrooms with ocean view. The bedrooms are fully air conditioned. There is also a large living / dining and kitchen area providing lots of space for families
• There is a room #4, where you can have a relaxing massage, there are 2 massage beds
• Infinity pool overseeing Indian ocean and South of Bali in day time, Kuta and Canggu lights at night. The whole pool can be seen from the living area
• The 3 bedrooms are set up for 6 guests via 2 king beds and 2 single beds. When you book for more than 6 guests we will set up fourth room equipped with 1 single bed, additional single bed for each additional guest after 7 person also can be provided with extra cost (max 2)
Guest access
• You will get an entire villa for your style of living. If you don’t want our staff disturbing you in the morning then they can make up the villa later.

-If you travel with a baby or little children, please let me know if you would like to arrange baby cot, high chair, pool fence, etc.
-Our cleaning lady will come every day to help you, just let her know what is the best time to come, usually she works 6 hours a day.
-Few times per week our pool cleaner and gardener will come to the villa to make sure of the pool condition and garden
