Welcome to Casa de Ramón, a bright & spacious 2 level apartment with 3 patios to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cervezas!

Stay hydrated and healthy with our 5-stage water filtration system, and well connected with the high speed fibre optic internet. There is a desk/workspace if you need to get some work done :-)

The building has secured entry, 2 outdoor rooftop pools, and an extensive shopping centre with a variety of restaurants, stores and services at ground level.
Rumour has it that the residences at Plaza Marina were once a hotel, and it appears this way based on some of the building hallway and bathroom details. Others have denied this completely, what do you think?


First Floor:

The living room has a comfy couch, bar stools, and a 43" smart TV with apps to keep everyone entertained (you can sign into your Amazon Prime, Youtube, accounts or bring your own Fire Stick).

The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessities to cook up a storm, with coffee and tea stocked as well.

The master bedroom has a matrimonial size bed (similar to USA full/double) with new Serta memory foam mattress, dressers to store your clothes, a desk/workspace, west facing window for natural light, and air conditioning.

Ensuite bathroom has a full size tub & shower.


Second Floor:

The 2nd bedroom has a has a matrimonial size bed (similar to USA full/double), vaulted ceiling, East facing patio and ensuite bathroom with full size tub & shower.

The large patio faces West, great for taking in sunsets as you are surrounded by string lights and plants.
(Note, it does overlook the Plaza Marina roof/cooling systems so there is some background noise during the hotter months).
There is a large stairwell when you enter the building to get to the 2nd floor, then another set of stairs to get up to our main floor once you enter the apartment.
To access our upper floor with 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom and top 2 patios it is up another set of stairs. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building or in our unit so please ask any questions about the stairs ahead of booking.
