Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft available in the area but having a vehicle is highly recommended. There is 1 dedicated parking spot in front of the house.



Other Things to Note:

Our private guesthouse is attached to the main house with a completely separate entrance, parking area, and thermostat to control the central AC. We would just like to emphasize that although there is a fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, and more, the space does not have a kitchen or other facilities for cooking (no hot plates or grill). Washer/dryer are not available in the unit but there is a laundromat 3 minutes away. Please note: There are several steps to climb in order to access the building.

🗑 Trash days are Tuesdays for both normal trash and recycle, if your stay falls that day we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb

❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



🔔 Guest App & Verification: After booking, you’ll be required to complete our Guest App before check-in. This includes required verification steps such as the rental agreement, ID verification, and applicable refundable security deposit or non-refundable damage waiver. You’ll receive access to the app immediately after booking, where you’ll find your check-in/out details, early check-in/late check-out options, local guide, property information, and door codes once the required steps are completed. Completing the Guest App ensures your self-check-in is quick, easy, and seamless!



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
