I'd love to give it 5 stars, but it's just not quite there yet. The host had amazing communication and overall the property was great for our needs. We gave some suggestions to the host on how to make the property better and I hope that he takes them. We would consider staying again.

Check in was easy. Home was clean and well stocked. My family had a very comfortable stay. We were surprised to see a crib in the primary bedroom. Our toddler very much appreciated not having to sleep in her play pen!

All basic amenities worked well within the house. Beds were comfortable, AC and fans kept the home nice and cool, and water pressure and hot water in master shower was great! Pool was not yet open for the season, but looked very nice and inviting! Owner was very responsive and friendly in all our communication. I had some feedback for small improvements that seemed genuinely received. Overall a good place for respite for our family during a busy weekend visit. Thank you for the stay!

Very nicely set up 2 bed 2 bath trailer. The listing says 3 bedrooms, but the 3rd bedroom is really the master closet that has beds in it. But don't let that deter you at all. It definitely can sleep 10 people and the rooms and beds are large enough to accommodate. Spacious and clean, good hot water pressure, full sized washer & dryer, cold a/c, and great location just 23 mins from UF during rush hour traffic. Host was communicative and check in and check out both easy. Could do with a few more lighting options in the kitchen and living room area. I would definitely stay again.

Great Stay in Gainesville

We enjoyed our stay in Gainesville. The house is spacious, beautiful, and comfortable for families, and communication with the host was very good throughout the stay. Zach was always checking in to make sure we were doing well and if we needed anything, which we really appreciated.Overall we had a nice experience and would stay here again. There are just a few areas where the cleaning could be improved a bit, but aside from that everything went smoothly. I will still gladly give 5 stars because the communication and hospitality were excellent. 🙂

The place was perfect. It was so close to everything and it was very home feeling. The neighborhood was quiet, it had a playground and a pool in the neighborhood. It also had great extras, cleanera, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I gave it a 4 star on the cleanness cause of the paint on the floors ans aome of the mirrors, thats it. The beds were very comfortable, and for the thing i need to communicate tothe owners/management, they were very understanding and qyick to answer. Definitely would stay again.
