Terrific apartment, really well laid out - appreciated the soft towels and how they were presented on the bed when we came in. Owners were very communicative. Short walk to Coco Walk which has lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Terrific place!

We love this area for walkability, and it has a decent rooftop pool. This guest room was very clean and updated and well stocked for the kitchen items you may need to have coffee, a snack or take out meal, the only thing we were not expecting was how low to the ground the beds were. It was fine for us but can be difficult to get in and out of. Had good communication with the host and we would definitely stay here again.

The location is amazing and the Arya hotel is good. Pool area service could be better, ie: laundered towels not available at time, furniture scattered, attendant wasn't attentive. The room is tired and needs upgrades and a deep clean. For a four night stay could have used more towels.

We would like to clarify that the pool area, towel service, furniture arrangements, and attendants are managed exclusively by the hotel and are outside our management responsibilities. Regarding the residence, our units are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and we take pride in maintaining comfortable accommodations for our guests. As a privately owned condominium rather than a full-service hotel room, we provide an initial supply of towels and essentials, with additional housekeeping services available upon request. We respectfully disagree with the characterization of the unit’s condition and remain committed to providing clean, well-maintained accommodations and responsive guest service.

What a view!!!

Complex and room were very clean. Easy check in, friendly front desk. Can't beat the view from this room! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sail boats. Great location, close several restaurants and a short drive to several attractions. Definitely would stay here again!!!

The room was dirty, we needed to clean it. We were 2 adults and 2 Kids and only 4 towels were given, not thinking abıut 4 days stay, just in case additional one ör two could be given… the quality of the toilet paper was awful and only one rabbish bag was given… finallly not satisfied staying

Everything was great!!!!. From the Checking process to the check out. Property was super clean and smelled great. well kept unit close to everything. Restaurants, Local Landmarks, and so much more. Looking to rebook this property As Fast As Possible. LOL.

The property was amazing! It is as listed and the photos don’t do it justice. It is BEAUTIFUL! The checkin process was easy, communication with the host was great…they were friendly and profession. The view was our favorite part. It had everything we needed to cook. The pool/jacuzzi area was nice, but it rained majority of our time there so we didn’t get to check it out until the last day. Check in was a breeze, beds were comfy. The only feedback is the WiFi, it wasn’t the best with the smart tv so we used the hotspot on our phone and it worked perfectly. That’s probably the only feedback since the WiFi is the hotel’s and it’s shared.

Overall a wonderful stay, but a few host- and property-related issues worth noting for future guests.The location is absolutely unbeatable — right in the heart of Coconut Grove with easy access to everything downtown has to offer. The condo itself was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views were beautiful. The hotel property overall impressed us.That said, check-in was a frustrating start to the trip. I had submitted all names in our party to the host about six weeks in advance as requested, but my name was never updated with the front desk, leaving us unable to check in. It took roughly 40 minutes to reach the host to get it resolved — not the arrival experience you hope for after traveling.The refrigerator in the unit also never functioned during our entire stay. Maintenance confirmed it was beyond repair. Beyond the inconvenience, it meant we had nowhere to store leftovers throughout the trip — we ended up throwing away food we'd paid for on multiple occasions. I communicated all of this to the host, but her responses eventually stopped and it was never resolved.One more thing future guests should know: the hotel's website had not been updated to reflect that the poolside restaurant is currently closed. What's advertised as a full dining option is actually just a small selection of drinks and coffee in the lobby — no marketplace, no snacks, nothing substantial. Every time we needed anything beyond that, we had to leave the property entirely.
