Great beach house!

Our extended family enjoyed our stay at Priscilla Beach. The house is exactly as described and Colleen is a very responsive host - even dropping off a bag of ice when we couldn't get the ice machine to work. Priscilla Beach has a roped off area and two rafts for jumping off. And the calm water is nice for paddleboarding. At low tide the beach is great for a long walk. Overall a really nice summer vacation.

Amazing stay

We stayed for a girls weekend and the location was perfect proximity to the beach and then downtown Plymouth. The downtown area was beautiful with so many options. And the house was a perfect space for 4! We loved the back sun room!

Peaceful Plymouth

Very much enjoyed our stay! Quiet, peaceful area, easily accessible to the beach. The property was lovely, clean, well-maintained. The property manager was great, very responsive and friendly. Looking forward to returning for another stay!

Great stay at Priscilla Beach house

We recently stayed at this fantastic beach house within walking distance of Priscilla Beach. We loved the proximity to beach activities and dining in Pinehills and area restaurants. The host was super easy to communicate with, and my family loved the two decks and a quiet backyard for our pup. We will be back!

Very convenient for family, even 18 month old twins.

Fully equipped large 3 bdrm/ 1 bath with additional beds and bath in walk out basement. All except beach towel provided....convenient to stores, seafood suppliers, drug store and most importantly a walk to the beach. Would recommend for a relaxing vacation.

Great house especially for those with young children. Updated home with AC. Very clean. Short walk to beach perfect for young children Well stocked much better than most rentals Nice yard and deck for relaxing. Highly recommend.

Beautiful

Colleen’s place is beautiful and super comfortable. Very short walk to the beach and to the Priscilla Beach theater. Colleen was very responsive. Plenty of towels, cookware. Town of Plymouth is a short drive.

A fabulous weekend for our whole family by the ocean!

This property is beautiful and taken care of immaculately. Colleen anticipated all our needs, having available dish soap, dishwash detergent, beach chairs, and other conveniences. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. We brought our two dogs, who were in seventh heaven with the ability to roam safely around the house, porches, and fenced-in yard. Would highly recommend!

Seamless beach vacation!

Super clean, fully stocked with all the comforts of home. A spacious home that was perfect for our family. The owner has thought of everything! There is also plenty of kitchen space for food. Short walk to the back and having beach supplies at the ready was so helpful. Colleen was so responsive with any questions and has truly set the stage for an easy vacation from start to finish! Thank you so much- cannot wait to go back next summer!

2nd year here for a month and hoping to do longer next summer!!

My husband and I, kids and grandkids have stayed at this wonderful Priscilla Beach House for two summers now. We could not be more pleased with the homes layout, location, gorgeous neighborhood/ friendly neighbors and fantastic owners! The size of the home makes it perfect for when our daughters visit with their young children, everyone has plenty of space. The house is always very clean and well maintained. The owners are always updating and adding to the home for comfort and love of this home is very evident. The beach is a short walk from the house and stunning at low tide. We had super weather during our stay! We are working on our dates for next summer and looking forward to renting again for longer than our month stay this summer!! It was wonderful not having to worry about anything with this home and thoroughly enjoy memory making with our kids and grandkids! Thank you Colleen and Judy for helping make our Priscilla Beach Summer's a family tradition! Lots of LOVE from Texas!!

Lots of Space. Steps to a Great Beach

We stayed the week between Christmas and New Years. The location was just down the road from our family so the location was ideal. If there's one word to describe the house it is: spacious. There is lots of room to spread out, have one group watching TV in one room, another relaxing and talking in another, and a third in the giant basement playing games around the table. If the weather is nice, there's room in the backyard and on the raised deck. With four bedrooms/sleeping areas, there's lots of quiet places too escape, too. You would never guess how much space was tucked inside when looking at the house from the road. The linens and towels were quite nice. Each bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen was in great shape for those few times we ate in. This house is a great home base for any travel to Plymouth, the Cape and the far South Shore. Route 3 and 3A are just minutes away. If our travels take us back to Priscilla Beach, we would hope to stay here again.

Beautiful stay short walk to the beach

We stayed the last week of June. The house was very clean and spacious for our 2 families. The beach is a short walk from the house. There’s a lot to do in the area; we went hiking, played tennis and the kids played basketball. Colleen was very quick to respond to messages during our stay. We had so much fun we are already planning our next trip back.

Perfect get away!

We enjoyed the beach even though the water was frigid in April. The kids spent two hours skipping rocks! The place is very spacious yet cozy. It is close to the center of Plymouth and easy access to the highway. We hope to return!

Family Christmas

We were here to celebrate our family Christmas. It was an ideal house for this. House is well fitted, very clean and comfortable. Great location and beautiful neighborhood. Would be a beautiful rental for the summer.

Very pleased and enjoyable vacation

The property is very well maintained and was perfect for our family. There is plenty of space and the boys enjoyed the "hangout" room. Although the kitchen is on the small size, there is plenty of cupboard space for groceries (often not true in rentals). The backyard is very pleasant and the kids could play while Grandad was barbecuing. The walk to the beach is short but a beach wagon would be helpful. We would rent this property again.

Building sandcastles with my grandparents, taking a dip in crystal clear water on a hot day, spending time with our extended beach family and developing a passion for coastal landscapes. PB is truly an oasis of salty breezes, sandy feet and family. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing our family's love for this home and location. We love living in PB!

Proximity & Sandy Beach! The house is located a short walk to the beach in a private neighborhood that embraces everyone as family! An 8 minute drive to downtown Plymouth and Plymouth Harbor. A 20 minute ferry ride to Provincetown ( which you can see from the beach on most days ) and a quick trip to the Sagamore Bridge. Located ~45- 50 minutes to Boston. Miles of sandy beach at low tide, boating access and designated swim areas for the kids!
