Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on Skaneateles Lake. Located on the southwest end of the lake. It is a 15-20 minutes drive from the Village of Skaneateles. The Hideaway consists of over 100 ft of private waterfront with a permanent dock and a boathouse that has seating and a small bar. The cottage, which offers an additional outdoor space with pergola is a 1bd/1ba. The property can sleep 3-4 pending couch use. The kitchen is fully functioning for enjoying lakeside meals.

The cottage is 655sq/ft with 1bd/1ba, kitchen, living room and dining area. It is located on a quiet lake road and has 40 steps to a gorgeous private waterfront (100+ feet). By the water you will have access to an expansive permanent dock which includes a boathouse, fire pit area and the use of kayaks and paddleboard. This is an exceptional space on the lake.

You will access to the entire property minus the designated owner's spaces.

I manage this property for the owners and will communicate prior, during and after your stay.

This property is located on an all season lake road with lake neighbors who are enjoying lake life. Be neighborly and respectful of others enjoying their lake time.

The property is located near Cortland/Homer and the Village of Skaneateles.
Guest will be required to sign a lease agreement.
