Beautiful & clean unit on the second floor with two queen size beds and NEW mattresses, it is part of a recently renovated condo-hotel furnished with modern design, fenced pool, playground, gym, indoor & outdoor dining/resting/seating, located in a Touristic area on the main 192 US-Highway of Kissimmee. Around 10 minutes away from Disney Theme Parks, and very close to plenty of Old Town, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, attractions, and more. Free shuttle to Disney Parks.

The Space:
Front desk at the entrance, you must show your photo Id at the check-in for security registration purposes. There is no elevator in the complex.

In the lobby area you will find an on-site ATM, restrooms, a breakfast/lunch/dining area with a cafe and a children's entertainment area. On each level: coin-operated washing machine and/or ice maker in the corner.
We are also offering a courtesy shuttle service to take you to the DISNEY & UNIVERSAL PARKS and bring you back to the resort at NO COST, starting next FRIDAY, MAY 1, 2024, ask at the reception for more details.

Luggage storage and package receiving services are available, additional charges may apply.
Free Wifi is available in all areas of the hotel.

Continental breakfast is offered every day from 7:00 a.m. at 9:30 a.m. for an additional charge, you must ask at the reception.
