The Space:
Front desk at the entrance, you must show your photo Id at the check-in for security registration purposes. There is no elevator in the complex.

In the lobby area you will find an on-site ATM, restrooms, a breakfast/lunch/dining area with a cafe and a children's entertainment area. On each level: coin-operated washing machine and/or ice maker in the corner.
We are also offering a courtesy shuttle service to take you to the DISNEY & HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS THEME PARKS and bring you back to the resort at NO COST, just ask at the concierge for more info.
