This is a 1-acre property; the backyard has a walking pathway that leads directly to the parking lot of The Mountain Terrace and the famous Alice's Restaurant.

There is a 4-car garage on site for guests to use, and 3 smaller parking lots near the lower and upper driveway.

The master suite includes a king size bed, and can accommodate 2 additional air mattresses (guests will need to bring your own). There is an XL walk-in closet.

The downstairs den has a queen size sofa bed. It also has an en-suite newly remodeled bathroom.

There is a hallway with floor-to-ceiling windows that leads to 3 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds.

Two pack-and-play cribs are available.

There are two family rooms (one with a queen size sofa bed), a formal dining room, and a state-of-the-art kitchen.

There is a large empty shed for guests to store additional supplies if needed.

NOTE: We do have *exterior* ring cameras on the property for security purposes.
