This was the perfect size for just us and the dogs! From inside to the porches to outside! There was space for them to run outside, plenty of firewood, everything we pretty much needed & even instructions for the check out process was easy! We loved every minute of our stay, we did not want to leave it was the perfect getaway!

House was nice. Unaware of the house directly to the side of it. No privacy fence. Hot Tub was dirty. Make sure you shower directly after or you will get something from it.

Stay at the Acorn.

We were very impressed with our stay at the Acorn. We enjoyed the back deck and watched some wildlife. The property was great for our dog also. Lastly the power went out once and thankfully the backup generators kicked on and we were able to comfortably enjoy our stay!

Wonderful private cabin with all the amenities!

This cozy cabin has it all--warm atmosphere, fully featured, and immaculately clean. The cabin is perfectly sized for 2 adults and has everything we needed for the 3 days we were there. We truly enjoyed the place and would definitely stay again in the future!

Cozy, clean, and comfy cabin!

This cozy cabin was perfect for our 3-day stay in the Hocking Hills area. The cabin is immaculate and well-appointed for 2 people. There are several spaces inside and outside that are quiet and comfortable--perfect for reaching a book or enjoying the surrounding beauty of the area. Enjoyed every minute here and would certainly stay here again!

The Acorn is a perfect getaway for a married couple!

Everything was absolutely perfect about our stay at the Acorn. The cabin was the perfect size for two and already comes equipped with everything you need during your stay. The views were phenomenal- we saw numerous deer and wild turkeys on the property. It was a clean cabin inside and out, quiet and the owners were quick to respond. They also have a half mile trail on the property which was such a nice added feature. I cannot recommend this place enough and were already making plans to come back

Relaxing

My husband and i stayed at the Acorn for 3 days, 2 nights. GPS gives you the wrong coordinates so it took us awhile to find it. The house itself is very cozy and relaxing. I was not fully aware of how close the other house was to ours. To use the hot tub you have to go outside and around to the back bottom porch and there's only one "privacy" wall where you can see through the boards and your neighbors can see you. Besides that, everything else was amazing and perfect for the two of us!

The property was exactly as advertised, very clean, close to all hiking, the host is very attentive and easy to get ahold of. Perfect for a weekend trip, Would absolutely stay again!
