Sandstone Oasis, our fish-themed log cabin in Hocking Hills, sits atop a wonderful wooded hill with beautiful scenery all around. You’ll be surrounded by Hocking Hills sandstone that is part of the natural landscape, and a peaceful babbling creek just beyond the front of the cabin across the road. Enjoy the sounds and serenity of nature that are all part of your escape to Hocking Hills. The cabin is nicely secluded just off a gravel road on a 8 acre wooded hillside property! Must be 21 years or older to rent. AWD/4WD recommended in all seasons. Free WiFi -may experience disruptions and outages

Cabin is lovely for a couple, and hot tub was an enjoyable aspect to enjoy the evening skies.

Cabin layout, full kitchen, washer/dryer excellent feature, Wi-Fi worked well, loved being removed from the hustle and bustle and enjoyed natures sounds.

We had a really lovely stay at this cabin in Hocking Hills. The location was ideal—just a short drive to the park and nearby hiking areas, and very convenient to Logan for food and gas. It made exploring the area incredibly easy.The property itself was clean and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the hot tub—it was spotless and felt very private. One of my favorite parts of the stay was sitting on the porch and enjoying the peaceful, secluded feel of the woods while still being close to town.The host was also great to work with—communication was smooth, timely, and helpful throughout our stay.The cabin overall was comfortable, though there were a couple of small things that could be improved. The main bedroom mattress had a noticeable dip, which made sleep uncomfortable. The main living area was also a bit darker than we preferred, and the kitchen was more sparsely stocked than we are used to.That said, we still had a wonderful experience overall and would absolutely consider staying again. For the location, cleanliness, and peaceful setting, it’s a great spot—just a few small tweaks away from being perfect.
