Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool just for you (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay)

Additionally, there is a private game room equipped with 9 arcades, a foosball table, and a TV. The game room also includes a futon couch for an additional guests.

Each bedroom is adorned with smart TVS, a unique theme and ambient music, creating an immersive experience that transports you into the captivating world of a movie.

For your convenience, there one bedroom located on the first floor and a full bathroom next to it. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with two sofa beds and dining area. The remaining bedrooms and game room are situated on the second floor.

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. They will also have access to the Resort's Clubhouse and amenities by paying a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their Office:

Please note, the house itself does not have a private hot tub. The hot tub is located at the Resort's Clubhouse and is a shared amenity.

• Two free designated parking spots on the driveway. Additional free parking spots are available at the visitor’s area. Limit of 5 vehicles per house.

• We offer complimentary WiFi

• Kids amenities free of charge: highchair, kids table (2 chairs), crib, and baby tub.

• Free washer and dryer available at the house.

• We offer Pool & Spa heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm the pool, with a maximum temperature of 90º. Let us know in advance if you want this option so the pool is heated for you upon arrival.

• We offer a propane grill. There will be a $40 fee for its use. This fee will ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
