It's about 5 minutes from Canal Park down Minnesota Ave. Just beyond the first public beach parking lot.

There is one parking spot on site for guests as well as free street parking.

Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm. If you will be arriving later than 9 pm, you must contact our staff in advance to arrange a late arrival. Should you prefer an earlier arrival time, we are happy to assist if accommodations are available. An early check-in charge may be applicable.
CHECK OUT
11am CT
Check-out is at 11am. Requests for a late checkout should be directed via Airbnb messaging before the the morning of your departure. Late checkouts are subject to availability and may result in an additional charge.
STAFFING / Emergencies
Our staff is available by email/text message between the hours of 8am-9pm. We are always happy to help. We recommend calling 911 for emergencies.
CANCELLATIONS / DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is charged upon booking; this deposit is refundable up to seven days prior to your arrival date. The remaining balance is charged in full, six days prior to arrival, at which point your stay is non-refundable and non-cancellable. A 5% fee is charged with any cancellation.
1. Read and Acknowledge all items above.
2. No shoes inside beyond entrance area.
3. No smoking allowed: Any odor inside the space will result in a $500 fee.
4. No events allowed. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
5. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
6. Sewer: The property is on a plumbing system. The plumbing system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, Guest could be charged damages of up to $1,000.00.
7. No professional or third party photoshoots allowed unless permitted with written consent from the Host.
8. Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm. If you will be arriving later than 9 pm, you must contact our staff in advance to arrange a late arrival. Should you prefer an earlier arrival time, we are happy to assist if accommodations are available. An early check-in charge may be applicable.
9. Check-out is at 11am. Requests for a late checkout should be directed via messaging before the the morning of your departure. Late checkouts are subject to availability and may result in an additional charge. There will be a $50 charge for early check-ins or late check-outs if we do not approve the request 24 hours in advance.
