The place was very clean and modern, but cozy at the same time. Directions for arrival and check in were easy to follow. Super close to all the Canal Park activities. We weren’t aware of the sauna (and maybe it wasn’t for guest use). Would have loved to use it. Bed was very comfortable, while the sofa was a little hard for my taste. Overall a great stay.

The property had everything that was needed for our stay. Cute small compact kitchen that had everything we needed. The location was a short one half block walk to the Lift Bridge and ship/lighthouse viewing areas. We could easily walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Canal Park. Enjoyed our stay.

It was very clean. Had everything you need. They were very attentive. Checked in with us when we got there and when we checked out. Wonderful experience! The location was perfect walking to everything you need, with beautiful views of the lake.

We just drove down from Alaska to visit my family that lives on Park Point. It was perfect for what we needed. So easy to get to the beach to walk the dog and easy access to Canal Park. Will likely stay here again!

Location is great right by the lift bridge and close walking to all of the shops...We stayed in unit 2 of the house. The place was overall clean but we did have to call so they could come clean the fridge and remove garbage from the can as it was full...The bed was comfortable but the house behind us keep their lights on all night both nights...and even though you could close the blinds...it was pretty bright in the room at night..which has no AC we had to run a fan all night and day to get air to the back bedroom from the living room. Also you can hear people walking upstairs all night and day...The front steps are a doozy...I feel we paid a lot to stay there... probably not for us .

Terrific spot to support a Grandma's Half Marathon Runner

Easy access to Canal Park to drop off, then drive to support a runner in the half marathon in June. Would select this spot again. Fun to be near the drawbridge.

Location was priceless and the very best! Unfortunately, the guests that stayed before us had a dog that tore apart the door frame to the bathroom and there was wood all over the floor and exposed nails that the management did not clean up before we arrived and I had to spend valuable vacation time navigating how they were going to fix it so that my children could be safe around it. It was very nice having a kitchen, living room bedroom and bath, and the washer and dryer set up was nice to have. We definitely would be back in the future simply because the location was breathtaking, but we have shared our concerns of cleanliness with the staff so that it can be better for future guests. Anytime I had a concern they answered very promptly and were willing to try to solve the problem.

Check-in process was easy. The 10 am check-out was a bit of a bummer. I feel normally it is 11 am at most places. The TV was a bit old and the remote got overwhelmed easily with inputs. So click and then wait a few seconds for it to respond. One of the door blinds was stuck. So anyone from the street could look into the living room area. Other than that, the place was nice and very optimally situated.
