Taos Charm! A very special one hundred and forty-year-old custom-restored adobe home, with a view of the Taos mountains from the portal. Yet a 2 block stroll to the Historic Taos Plaza. Located at the end of a very quiet and private lane. With all the flavors of Taos! It is a one large bedroom home with a king-size bed, living room with a full-size pullout sofabed (air mattress), full kitchen, and one bathroom. This home is equipped with A/C, washer/dryer, wifi, and smart TV.
Had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at this adorable place! The location cannot be beat and the house is very comfortable and welcoming. The Host was great and added an extra night. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
It was fantastic, everything was as listed. The owner made me feel welcome and was readily available for questions. The house is a short walk to the plaza, many shops and restaurants. I canât wait to come back.
The Birdâs Nest was a great little sanctuary for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary this year. Clean, quaint, quiet! Everything we needed was provided and we just really enjoyed staying here!
Great property for the two of us for our two-week getaway. Beautiful, quiet, comfy furnishings. The a/c units worked great, when needed. Close enough to the town square to walk but not too close! We appreciated the suggestions for dining, museums, etc .
Bed was great, house lovingly and eclectically decorated. So colorful! Great shower, kitchen is cute and well stocked for simple meals. Easy walk to town square. Very quiet!
My spouse and I were so thrilled with our stay. It is the cutest place to stay. Very new, but also kept the old charm of the space. The bed was delightfully comfy. It had everything we needed. The short walk to the plaza was fun. Easy access to restaurants and great shops. We loved the chimes from the nearby church. Wonderful time there.
The Bird's Nest couldn't have been more visually appealing; it completely represented the colorful and artistic vibe that is Taos. It also felt quiet and private and safe, and super conveniently located. We had a few requests and the property manager responded immediately and graciously.
The house was perfect for our stay. Very private site. The local flavored art added to our enjoyment. We did use the kitchen with the dinette. The classic appliance colors added to the comfortable feel. The walk to the square and Kit Carson Park was shorter than Google estimated. I would choose this location again.
Wonderful stay at historic Taos casita, Bird's Nest.
Great location within walking distance to plaza, restaurants, museums. Super clean. Super comfortable. Very private. Great front porch to enjoy the mornings and evenings. We loved the tiled, walk-in shower! The kitchen has retro, colorful appliances and is very well-equipped. The whole casita popped with NM and Taos flavor. We are longtime NM residents, have visited Taos many times, but this will be our go-to place for future visits. We had a great stay at Bird's Nest.
You will adore this lovely quintessential Taos getaway vacation home experience. The colorful and eclectic Bird's nest suited the two of us perfectly. It is quite comfortable and spacious, clean and central...unique in all the right ways to continue the flow of creative inspiration inside and out in Taos.
What beautiful, warm welcoming hosts Angela, Kent and Louisa are! They graciously showed us another neighboring vacation rental where every little detail was a work of art. Wow!!! Their personalities and lives shine through in design as they have been steeped in the arts and culture of New Mexico.
Thank you so much!
With grateful hearts, Abby and Erik
