Great location and view. Great for families with great amenities for a beach stay. The pool was nice too especially for when the ocean conditions were not favorable. Also close to the Naval museum and Pensacola Historic downtown which we visited. We also saw the Blue Angels doing their practice flying. Truly incredible stay! The condo is very nice as well.

Our 2nd stay at the Indigo condos. Can’t say enough good things about the entire experience! Total luxury all the way around and would totally recommend to anybody wanting to relax and have fun in the sun! Yavonne and Nestor were totally accommodating and wonderful to us throughout the entire process from booking the room a year ago til we checked last weekend! :)

Our stay at Indigo was amazing. We couldn’t find anything we’d improve upon. Sunday evening, we were eating at the dining table and to our amazement, the Blue Angels flew right past the balcony.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Indigo! The condo was beautiful and stocked with anything and everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows! The pool was great, our 6 and 3 year olds loved the heated pool! The beach was beautiful. The owners were quick to respond and provided tons info helpful info prior to arrival. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well. It was a perfect week and we hope to be back again someday!

Wonderful stay. Great property. The heated pool was actually warm, not barely heated. That kept the hot tub from being overcrowded. Beautiful, well thought out condo. A minor detail, but we spend a lot of time on the balcony and the gravity chairs are so much more comfortable than standard plastic or wooden chairs. Check-in was easy and the communication with the owners was great.

We have stayed in this condo for several years and thoroughly enjoy the stay. The condo is clean and well supplied. The owner is easy to work with and responds promptly. We love the heated pool and easy access to the beach. The pool area is beautifully landscaped. We bring our own beach chairs and lock them in the provided beach storage unit. Having a covered garage for parking is an added bonus. It's fun to have an occasional fly-over from the Blue Angels. You might even see dolphins if you get lucky.

We’re Nestor and Yavonne Rodriguez, originally from Chattanooga and now living in Atlanta, Georgia. We’ve always loved the beach, but Perdido Key—and especially Indigo—completely won us over.

Our story with Unit 1903E actually started in an elevator. I met the previous owner, Ikuko “Kuko” Patten, while she was carrying a vacuum cleaner. I jokingly asked if she was cleaning the building, and she told me, “No, I own a condo here.” Naturally, since we were already dreaming about owning at Indigo, my next question was: “Any chance you want to sell it?”

As it happened, she and her husband, Judd, were considering selling as they looked forward to retirement and mission work. After some conversations, a little back-and-forth, and a lot of thought and prayer, 1903E became ours. Not bad for an elevator ride and a vacuum cleaner!

What we inherited was more than a beautiful condo. Judd and Kuko had built a wonderful following of returning guests, and we’ve tried very hard to continue that tradition.

We truly enjoy hosting, but Yavonne is the heart of it. She loves making people feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for, and our guests seem to love her right back. Nothing makes us happier than seeing familiar names return year after year.

For us, this isn’t simply a rental property. It’s our little piece of paradise, and we love sharing it with people who enjoy Perdido Key as much as we do.

Our goal is pretty simple: come as our guest, feel at home, make some great memories—and hopefully leave already thinking about when you’re coming back.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose Indigo East because it simply felt different from the moment we arrived. The property is upscale, beautifully maintained, and the management team takes tremendous pride in keeping everything impeccable.

We also love that Indigo has a quieter, more residential feel. With Saturday-to-Saturday rentals and sensible rules, it avoids much of the constant turnover and party atmosphere you can get at some beach properties. It feels peaceful, private, and cared for.

One of our favorite features is something you don’t see very often: there’s no open breezeway. When the elevator doors open, you’re right at your floor and just steps from the condo. It gives the building a wonderfully private feel—and it also helps keep the beach side darker at night.

That darkness is especially important during sea turtle nesting season. We make a point of closing the curtains at night, and seeing the signs of turtles coming ashore to nest is one of those little reminders that you’re staying somewhere truly special.

Then, of course, there’s Perdido Key itself: beautiful blue water, sugar-white sand, peaceful surroundings, and sunsets that can stop you in your tracks.

We came here for a vacation.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

What makes our property unique? Honestly, it’s hard to know where to start.

Indigo East is simply one of those places where everything feels a little more special. The grounds are immaculate, the palm trees and landscaping are beautifully maintained, the elevators and common areas are spotless, and nothing feels overlooked.

The pool area is one of the best on Perdido Key—resort-style pools surrounded by palm trees, heated areas, hot tubs, plenty of room to relax, and even Big Green Eggs for guests who feel inspired to become a beachside barbecue chef.

Our condo itself is unusually spacious—about 1,600 square feet—so you never feel like you’re squeezed into a typical beach rental. Add covered parking, a private beach, gorgeous sugar-white sand, beautiful blue water, and those unforgettable Perdido Key sunsets, and it starts becoming difficult to leave.

Indigo also has a quieter, more residential feel. Saturday-to-Saturday rentals help keep down the constant turnover and party atmosphere you find at some beach properties. There’s no open breezeway, which gives the building a more private, upscale feeling and helps keep the beach darker during sea turtle nesting season.

And location may be the best part. You’re surrounded by peace and nature—not fast-food signs and surf shops on every corner. But when you want the action, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are only a few miles in either direction.

And then there’s Yavonne—our not-so-secret advantage. She genuinely loves taking care of our guests, and I’m pretty sure some of them come back just to talk to her.
