Cape style maison avec piscine creusée chauffée située à seulement 4 minutes à pied de Sengekontacket Pond où vous pouvez faire du kayak ou du paddle board pour le temps sur l'eau (2 kayaks et 2 paddle-plan fournis pour votre usage).
Le plan d'étage ouvert avec une cuisine surdimensionnée et une table à manger pouvant accueillir 12 personnes, donnant sur une salle familiale en contrebas avec une télévision haute définition à grand écran et une cheminée en font une oasis pour toute famille de taille. Le sous-sol entièrement aménagé avec table de billard, baby-foot, table de ping-pong et petite tanière avec télévision et console de jeux en font un lieu de rencontre idéal pour les familles après le dîner ou une diversion par temps pluvieux. La maison est située à seulement 1. 9 miles de la rue principale de Edgartown.

Perfect Stay

We were very comfortable in this beautiful home. The garden and property are very well maintained. The convenience of having a heated pool as a refreshing alternative to the beach was perfect for relaxation and enjoyment as was the pool table, ping pong table and Wii. It was also great for multiple guests to conduct remote work, with plenty of space for privacy. The proximity to downtown Edgartown and Oak Bluffs is indeed a huge advantage, allowing easy access to our favorite spots. The amenities exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning next year!

Big Family Perfection

Booked a last minute family trip and found this gem still available. It was perfect location to both get into town and escape the busy town scene. The kayaks, paddleboard, pool table, ping pong table kept our teen and adult children very happy! Dean and Kim are available to help and were very accommodating offering help before we even asked. The property is gorgeous and can accommodate a vast interest level of visitors!

Amazing Family Vacation

We spent two weeks in this home and had a wonderful time. Dean is extremely responsive and the home is in a great location. I walked to downtown Edgartown often. It’s also only about a 10 mins drive from the Oak Bluffs harbor so we able to easily enjoy both locations. With the pool and the spaciousness of the home, it was perfect.

Great Family Vacation Home

Beautiful spacious well-equipped home with lovely heated pool. Well located just outside downtown Edgartown and easy walk to pond. Caretaker was very responsive when one air conditioner failed. Perfect for our 3 generation family. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Vineyard Home

This was the perfect spot for my group of friends to relax during our stay on the vineyard. The house was well decorated and very clean. Next time, I'd ask that we receive detailed instructions for checking in/out ahead of time, but overall the house is gorgeous and the pool was very nice!

Great fishing & beaching with family and friends

Property was well kept and the house & pool area was clean and comfortable. Sprinkler system woke our guest every morning at 5:00 AM by pelting his bedroom window. Our property managers did a great job communicating with us. Great retreat, and comfortable clean spacious house.

wonderful week

We LOVED the house. We had 5 teenage girls and 3 adults and we were all able to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The private pool was a wonderful feature and the openness of the kitchen can’t be beat!! One drawback: there were minimal supplies in the house when we arrived. We left a supply of garbage bags and dishwasher pods when we left so hopefully the next renter will find that a bit easier. In the past, when we have rented houses, there were basic supplies in stock upon arrival so this was just surprising to me. We truly appreciated Dean's excellent communication, and it was comforting to know the caretaker and family were next door in case we needed help. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Perfect fit!

My family had a wonderful vacation. The house was truly a perfect fit for our needs. It was nice and open and the owner had a great selection of kitchen tools for us to cook. We hope to return next summer!

Fabulous Week in Edgartown

We spend a wonderful week at the Farmer home in Edgartown. It is spacious with a built in pool and game room , giving this property plenty of space to spread out in . You can not go wrong renting this property. The pictures on line do not do it justice . Very updated with large spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Many thanks to Dean Farmer and his family for hosting us !

Summer Vacation

We stayed the week at this property. We preferred this property because it had a pool and would allow us to limit our interactions with others during COVID. There was a slight problem with the pool but the owner quickly addressed the issue. Overall everyone was satisfied with the property and location. As stated previously, the usual supply of spices, toilet paper etc… are not available at this house. Stop at Costco or BJ and bring enough of those items before you arrive on the island. There is a huge.kitchen to accommodate and allow for a family gathering. Lastly, the house is definitely kid approved- they went from the pool to the game room throughout the week.

Great family house

Deans property was a great place for our family. Tons of space for everyone to be together and play. The house is spacious and clean and the pool was amazing as well. Dean was easy to communicate with as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Place was perfect for our long weekend in Martha’s Vineyard- even on the rainy days they had a full game room to keep us all entertained! Pool was great and the house overall is a gem!

Perfect place for family

The Vineyard is a wonderful place to visit and great for family vacations. The property was perfect for our large group and the kitchen table was awesome for family meals. The pool was a must for us and the kids loved having it. They swam every chance they got, even in the rain :) We had a few kinks to work out during our trip but Dean was very responsive and took care of it. He was a very responsible property owner and did the right thing.

Birthday on the vineyard!

Perfect family vacation to celebrate my birthday. The house was perfect. Great big kitchen area to hang out in. The game room downstairs got plenty of use and the pool was perfect. Would definitely recommend this house. Easy access to all areas on the vineyard. Right on the bus route and bike path. We would rent this house again.

Great location with spacious kitchen

This home met all our needs. The kitchen was large enough for our group of eight. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We had delicious meals at the long kitchen table and in the evenings played many games on it. In the morning the teenage girls took their bikes to Dippin donuts to get coffee and muffins. The pool was a nice option when we didn’t want to go to the beach. The pool temperature was perfect. Our location was an easy bike ride into downtown Edgartown where we explored the many shops and ate in the wonderful restaurants. On the nights we stayed in we took advantage of the gas grill and competed in ping pong and fuse ball tournaments. Dean was extremely quick to respond with any questions we had as was the property manager Kevin. Hoping to book for next summer !

Great family spot

Delightful home and very agreeable property owner. Only drawbacks were 1. Theheated pool was not heated, due to an equipment failure. The homeowner tried hard to get this remedied, but was unable to. 2. We ended up having to buy trash bags, toilet paper, and basic amenities. In my past experience these were included with the house. Otherwise, good location, convenient to Edgartown.

Excellent place to stay!

This house was such a perfect choice for our two families. One took the upstairs floor and the other took the ground floor which meant we all had our own private space and bathrooms. Really spacious living area and the open plan feel was just great with little kids. The kitchen is excellently equipped and a joy to work in. Thank you Dean for having us in your wonderful home!
