Great location, easy access to some trails nearby and a nice park down by the water. House was lovely and well stocked with the essentials. And Dave was wonderful to work with as a host, definitely would stay again if traveling in the area.
Wonderful home with great space and property.Great location in Desert Aire, nice amenities, and thoughtful host.Would absolutely stay here again when visiting the area.
We really enjoyed our stay at Dave's house! Great host, with exemplary communication, comfy beds, linens, and very roomy for our big family. I would highly recommend his home and would stay there again!
Well built home that has been updated right on the golf course. Well stocked kitchen, clean and good communication with the host. Will definitely be back.
We booked at Desert Aire as we were going to the Gorge for a concert. Location was perfect for our needs as we did not require access to restaurants or bars.
The house was clean, had all the necessary things needed for someone who loves to cook while on vacation. Most importantly, there was a lovely hot tub! The star gazing was incredible while in the hot tub!!
We would come back to this property. Oh, if you enjoy golf, this is a great place to stay. Dave, the Host, is extremely responsive and easy to work with.
It doesnât get any better than Davidâs place; 35 feet to the course, 10 minute drive to catch salmon. Really, golf and fishing is the perfect crime. Best thing? The host, David. Outstanding communication and help to make sure everything is the best for you.
Came for a wedding and were able to utilize every bed. Kids had a blast in the hot tub. The nosiest stayed in the bunk house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very cougar themed house which was also a plus for our family!!
Exceptional communication from David!!
Our family stayed in Desert Aire over the Labor Day Weekend. We had tickets for DMB at The Gorge and this VRBO provided our group a comfortable place to stay. All amenities were available, including a fully stocked kitchen, and an outdoor grill that made meal prep easier. It was a 30-40 minute drive to the concert venue. We had eight people and everyone had a bed. This was a place weâd stay again.
We stayed with two families of four, with children ranging from 8 to 16 years old.
The house and amenities were great! The house sits on the 13th fairway of the golf course (which was very well maintained). It is easy to get out and go for a walk along the golf course path.
The community pool was very nice. It was not at all crowded and was good size with a kids splash pool. The only downsides on the pool was it is a little out of walking distance, there was a small charge to enter and no food our alcohol was allowed withing the immediate pool area. It was nice though and a fun activity with the kids.
We brough a boat with us and got out on the river two days. The launch facility was nice with plenty of trailer parking. It is a great spot for tubing, surfing, wakeboarding etc. As with anywhere, you have to time the wind right, but we definitely got some opportunities at very nice smooth water.
The house itself was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend get away. The detached bunk room is great for the kids.
Overall, I would recommend!
Great spot if you want to get away. There were a lot of webs and spiders in the bunk house so we didn't end up using is, opting to sleep on the couch but the main building was very nice and the host was easy to work with.
A group of friends have been having this tournament for 28 years. The last 2 we (myself and 3 friends) have rented this house and it is perfect. Nice and clean. Great host too. Location is great and the hot tub was amazing. Thanks again for the great memories.
Perfect landing spot for 40th birthday party. Plenty of room for our group. Plenty of parking for boat and seafood we brought. Easy access to the golf course. Great view of the course, mountains and scenery from the back patio. Definitely would stay again.
