This charming round Deltec cottage in Topsail Beach offers partial sound views from the wraparound deck and private beach access just steps away. Enjoy community sound access for kayaking or paddleboarding. The open floor plan includes a wet bar, decorative stone fireplace (not for use), and skylights throughout. Perfect for a relaxing coastal escape, this cottage blends unique design with comfort and convenience.

Nearest Beach Access:
Community Beach Access across the street between 115 & 121 S Anderson Blvd. Please note, there is no dune walkover structure or stairs. It is a sand path.
Pay-to-Park may be enforced at some beach accesses or public parking lots.

BOOKING DETAILS -
Age Requirements: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. ID verification required prior to check in. House parties will be evicted immediately. Any group renting this property under false pretenses shall be immediately evicted with no refund.
Summer Requirements: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday Check-in/out only
TV Disclosure: Smart TVs require guests to log in with their own accounts to access subscription apps. Access credentials are not provided.

CANCELLATIONS -
Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee, and third-party fees. Please review our Rental Policies and Cancellation Policy.

CHECK IN DAY DETAILS -
Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message with all of your check-in instructions. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VACATION -
All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more! Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.

You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Some homes provide complimentary linens for select dates and this detailed information can be found in the description. Linen package options include BRONZE (bed sheets only per bed listed), SILVER (bed sheets per bed listed, a bath towel set per occupancy, dish towel, and a bath mat per shower/tub), and GOLD (all items from the SILVER package plus one extra bath towel per occupancy).

TOPSAIL ISLAND GENERAL INFO-
WiFi: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT given.

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island's shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.

Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.

Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.

Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.

What an amazing house across the street from the ocean! It is a little blue circle house and perfect for a small family getaway! The bedrooms were big, big closets, kitchen and dining table large and the wrap around deck is perfect! Ocean view on one side, bay view on the other! House was very clean, and communication with the property manager was perfect! Will absolutely be back! Best experience for my 4 year olds first time at the beach. "Can we go back to the circle house?" is all he keeps saying!

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us earlier this summer. We’re glad you enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and hope you had a chance to relax during your visit. We're sorry to hear there were aspects of the home that didn’t meet your expectations. Neither we nor the homeowner were aware of any issue with the toilet during your stay. Plungers are commonly provided in our homes as a courtesy, but their presence doesn’t necessarily indicate a known plumbing issue. That said, we’ll take a closer look during the next inspection to ensure everything is in proper working order. We also didn’t receive any reports regarding ants during your visit, but we’ve gone ahead and scheduled a follow-up with pest control to be proactive. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can help address any concerns in real time. Thank you again for your feedback.

Toilets didnt flush, called for repair took 3 days, but got a new one! No outdoor personal shower. Kitchen utensils need an upgrade from plastic F,K,and S to metal.

I really like the location, the house don't get me wrong was fine, just outdated on appearance, I feel like they could do so much more with the place, to make it more inviting.something to make guests feel happy when they wake up, just decor we was drab . Location is perfect outside shower with hot water perfect, area to wash off beach chairs and umbrella great, view is great too. We had a good vacation.

BE AWARE: you will not be provided with trash bags, towels, sheets, fresh air, trash bags for small trash cans or big trash cans, soap for the dishwasher, toilet paper. The description says check in is at 4:00 p.m. but this isn't the case later they surprise you with 2-hour window they can't guarantee so we had to make arrangements to leave later because we wouldn't want to get there before we were able to check in. You get charged a cleaning fee... We aren't sure what for because you're also required to clean and even put away the dishes and it's not like they clean towels or sheets because you bring your own... Speaking of bringing your own linens..We left a day early because we could no longer stand the smell of the place. If you want a vacation where it feels like you're stepping into a 1940s smoking lounge then this is the vacation for you. The smell is so pungent it permeates into all your clothing and all of your linens almost immediately. It was an absolutely uncomfortable and gross stay. There were also cockroaches and ants everywhere. Had to come home and even wash the pillows we brought because of the stench. There is also mold near the vents and peeling paint on the ceilings. If the above is doable for you, then the location is really great...you can walk to public access beach on both the Bayside and the beach side, but don't think that you can carry your kayak or stand up paddle board to access because you will have to drive it.
