Ce condo sur le golfe est l'un des plus beaux condos du complexe Boardwalk.

La chambre principale face à l'océan a un lit king size et une télévision à écran plat avec accès au balcon et vue spectaculaire sur l'océan.

La 2ème chambre a un lit queen size et la télévision par câble.

La chambre avec lits superposés dispose de 2 lits superposés jumeaux.

Boardwalk was a nice place to stay, we had some issues with being told our unit that we had booked had maintenace issues and that was not true.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was fine. We needed a couple of items that were missing that we had to go buy- toaster, cookie sheet, extra pillows, swiffer, etc.

Not bad

The location was great. Far too many rules to be considered "family friendly". Kids weren't allowed to play with ANY pool toys, even the little dive sticks. The mattresses were extremely old and uncomfortable. The condo was in need of several repairs but none that interfered with our stay. Several of the elevators went out of service a few times, and the back rail fell off in one when we got on.

Amazing Location on PCB

This unit has an amazing view from the 21st floor overlooking PCB. We enjoyed the condo and the resort. Plenty of room for our entire family to comfortably be able to stay for the entire week.

Quiet and relaxing

The property was clean and great for families. We loved the gated parking lot and security throughout the property. This property is a short drive to all of the attractions and Pier Park, but far enough away that the beach out front is quiet and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

Spring break

We had a great time. The condo was just as expected. There was some basic wear and tear but felt really beachy! The view was excellent. Lots of closet space and kitchen had everything we needed (except an oven mitt or pot holder). We had no problems with elevator, parking or finding a pool chair. Host was excellent at responding to my questions via e-mail. Thank you!

Great week

We had a great week. The views from the condo were beautiful. The only thing to complain about was the door to the utility closet was very dusty and the condo did not have a hair dryer. Other than that everything was great. We would definitely stay again.

The view on the 21st floor was spectacular. Property was as it was presented. Nice, clean, comfortable. Elevator ride was quick. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Great stay! Property had great security, the check in and out was so simple! The beach was not crowded. We had some issues with master bedroom tv not working and some trim in the kitchen. Called and they had someone out asap to fix the trim and replaced the master bedroom with a brand new 50 in tv quick.

Overall our impression was good. Condo showed signs of abuse. Room with outside view to hallway had a window that wouldn't lock. Showed signs that had been broken into previously.

Unit was okay. It needs to be updated and a good cleaning. Management of the unit charged for parking passes that were never brought to us and when asked to refund the amount they completely stopped communicating with us.

Location!!!

For Jan & Feb the property is well maintained & secure! On site staff, courteous & helpful. Unit is spacious with signs of a well enjoyed place for family & fun at the beach! The view and balcony space is paradise. The answering service, courtesy and responded with a resolution (tv cable hook up) in a timely manner. The property management (email) needs a lot of work. I just won’t snowbird with that mngmnt group again.

Good Time

Property was good, there are a few things that cosmetically need fixed but nothing that interrupts your stay. Dishes were our toughest part it’s was hard to cook with the provided dishes. I would definitely recommend an upgrade to those! Property did have a ton rules like a safety break the last ten minutes of every hour. Even if your kids got in at 1:45 they had to get out at 1:50. I feel I am responsible enough to tell my kiddos when to take a break so I wasn’t a fan of that. And absolutely zero music at the pool. The bands/singers coming right off the beach was amazing though!!! Great view, amazing location!

Property had some minor visual wear and tear. Master suite shower door doesn’t close properly so when you get out of the shower the whole floor is soaked. Cleaners spot cleans instead of deep clean. Unit comes with bare toiletries and cleaning supplies! Must purchase everything or bring from home. Now the positives! Unit has spectacular ocean views. It’s on the 21st floor which gives you great visuals deep into the ocean. We seen dolphins every morning. Unit is conveniently located where do don’t have to travel far to anything. Unit has plenty of storage spaces for all your needs. I’d recommend unit and rent again.

Gets the job done

This unit is in desperate need of a deep clean! The floors were so filthy that the bottoms of our feet were black. I understand sand on the floor but this is more than just sand. There is a hefty cleaning fee charged when the condo is booked. The cleanliness is definitely falling short compared to the fee. There was something sticky spilled all down the kitchen cabinets from previous guest that was noticeable and shouldn't have been missed by housekeeping. Pros to this property: it is very short walk to the sand, lobby area and main areas always kept clean, pool area very clean, tiki bar near pool, parking is great and the property is monitored by security 24/7. Cons: The pool isnt very kid friendly in my opinion. The pool is very nice however the kids are not permitted to have any toys, floats, balls, anything in the pool. Thats great if you are an adult not wanting to be bothered by kids having fun in the pool but my kids found it very boring. An armband is required to be permitted into the pool area, not an issue however the bands that are used are snap on wristbands that once snapped do not come off. Rubber wristbands that are easy on and off would be much easier.

Awful Awful Awful

Unit was filthy upon arrival. Hair on towels, broken fingernail on the floor. Unit is definitely not as described. Beds were as bad as prison mattresses, stains and picks in all the furniture. There were hardly any dishes. It was awful. We left after an hour and booked another unit. And the property management company, not sure how they stay in business. Zero communication, they couldn’t care less that there were issues. The person assigned to this unit, John, hung up on me as soon as I said my name. Avoid this unit and Emerald Coast Distinctions at all costs, and there will be costs! If VRBO allowed zero stars, we would give that.

BIG Disappointment !!!

We wanted so much to like this space - the location is great, the outdoor pool and cabana are nice, and beach access is perfect. However, we've stayed at Emerald City Coast building before in a different apartment and this does not come close to our last experience. Poor cleanliness - Dishes, silverware, and bed sheets had to be washed before use (bed sheets were covered in sand upon our arrival. Poor amenities - No toilet paper !! no paper towels, (we had to buy these for ourselves) and only 3 dishwasher pods for a seven day stay… these are pretty basic amenities … Major wear and tear and repairs - sofas pillows and arms totally falling apart. Saw a review from 2013 that claims the shower door in the master bedroom was broken and it still is to date. It doesn’t close properly so the floor gets covered in water. Sliding closet door in second bedroom is broken. Closet doors in master bedroom are removed and just hanging out in the closet. Support under top bunk is broken and dangerous. We slept our daughter on the floor. Paint on balcony railing is terrible so unfortunately pictures with the view are not very pleasant. These are very manageable fixes that don’t cost much but reflect carelessness and laziness in management. Again, we enjoyed the beautiful ocean and location but were very disappointed with our selection for a condo.
