Le complexe Marisol est un complexe à faible densité. **** Il n'y a que 20 unités de location dans l'ensemble COMPLEX *****. Par conséquent, c'est l'une des zones de piscines les moins fréquentées sur la plage. Vous n'avez presque plus à attendre d'un ascenseur tout votre séjour. Pendant l'été, dans certains complexes, vous passerez 30 minutes d'attente sur un ascenseur chaque fois que vous essayez d'aller à votre condo.

Mais commençons par ce qui en fait l'endroit idéal. Sortez sur le balcon et la première chose que vous remarquerez est la vue imprenable sur le golfe. MariSol est construit à proximité de la plage afin d'avoir une vue imprenable sur la plage et l'eau. Vous voudrez passer tout votre temps ici parce que vous avez une vue magnifique sur la plage et le golfe. Vous apprécierez vraiment les couchers de soleil spectaculaires à l'ouest. Un excellent endroit à la fin d'une excellente journée.

Cette unité au premier étage est une unité de bain spacieuse de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains.

La chambre principale est équipée d'un lit king-size, d'un accès au balcon, de portes doubles et de sa propre salle de bain privée. La salle de bains principale comprend une douche à l'italienne et une baignoire séparée. Le bain principal est également livré avec deux vanités.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size.

La troisième chambre a un lit superposé avec des lits jumeaux et un lit queen size aussi.

Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et prête à cuisiner votre recette préférée ou à réchauffer du mac et du fromage pour les enfants.

Cette unité est livrée avec une laveuse et un sécheur pleine grandeur dans l'unité.

The property was exactly as described. We were very happy with the location and the nearby beach and amenities. We plan to return to PCB again next winter.

Spring Break 2025

This rental was amazing!! 1st floor great ocean breeze watched dolphins while drinking coffee! Kids and I had enough space to stretch out. Beds were super comfy!no issues at all with the rental. Will definitely stay again! Close to shopping but far enough it wasn't crazy. Walmart down the road. St. Andrew's State Park was amazing!

What an AMAZING Condo!

Everything listed is true, no fudging or embellishment. It is a beautiful property right on top of the beach, the balcony view is unbelievable and the sunsets are incredible. The condo is well stocked with all the essentials and all we needed was our paper goods and trashbags. It broke my heart to pack up and leave today but all trips must come to an end. Having the 3rd bedroom (and for the same price as many 2 bedrooms) was a life saver since we have two teenage daughters and the wifi kept everyone happy. There are TV's but we never turned them on, however, the electric fireplace was great since the weather was cooler. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this condo!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family of 5 spent a week at Marisol and had a great time. The condo is great and we never waited for an elevator. The location is excellent, lots to walk to and a Walmart nearby for groceries and other necessities.

Spacious Breach Front Condo

Our family of seven had an amazing stay at this Marisol condo. We enjoyed the spaciousness felt in every room, including bathrooms with modern rain and wall shower features. Kitchen was well equipped with large pantry. Easy parking and excellent first floor balcony view was beyond our expectations.

Relaxing getaway

The unit was very clean and stocked with everything you could think of. Beautifully furnished. The outdoor chair cushions have been replaced with new ones.

Perfect place

The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, amazing view and equipped with everything we could need. I will definitely book this condo again. I guess if I had to choose a complaint it would just be that the pool wasn't heated but the kids didn't seem to mind! It was a very comfortable and relaxing place.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

This place was beautiful with a great view! We had a blast! Plenty of room in this gorgeous condo! The coolest shower I’ve ever seen in my life…I’m begging my wife for one!! Thank you for a great trip!

Just a Perfect week

Other than the weather (which no one can control), our family had an absolutely perfect week. The location of this unit is great, especially if you are doing much walking. The Sunrise Cafe and Bakery is awesome - just across the street. Shops and Walmart are close if needing supplies. The unit suited us well, and being on the 1st floor was great. Oh, and...the onsite manager needs a raise...he was very friendly and did a topnotch job of keeping everything clean and tidy. Access to the beach was perfect and the pool was always nice and clean. We liked the coded door for easy access for everyone coming and going. Just a very nice unit with a very friendly family atmosphere. Thanks so much...we had an awesome time.

Family Vacation

Property was nice, pool very small and cold( in shade all the time), easy access to beach. Parking for one car, overflow was full most of the time, had to go to public parking at 12.00 a day, no one policing the parking, saw several cars with no tags, no one on site to complain to. Overall a nice place, the lady cleaning the lobby wax super nice and helpful

Amazing view of the beach!

The view is way better than in the posting. The condo was nice with lots of room. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes in the kitchen. The pantry had some storage containers and disposable storage stuff. There was only salt pepper and coffee. That was it for the stock part of the kitchen. There were a lot of codes to remember but other than that it was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Loved the property!!

We loved our stay!! We had a fairly large group go and it fit us all comfortably! Kitchen was completely stocked for anything you need for your stay. The condo was cleaned very well upon arrival, yes a little sand but that’s expected with a condo right on the beach. The amount of work done in the condo definitely didn’t go unnoticed. It’s a very beautiful property. We never had a single issue while being there. The parking is a little tight and a little confusing if you have to take more than 1 car but instructions were left in the condo and made understanding it a lot easier!!! Oh and the mattress was the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in a long time!!! I highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Girls getaway

Overall, the condo was in the perfect location, and on the 1st floor, can't beat that! A few things in the condo need attention, but clean and orderly. If you plan on sitting on the deck, you have to take all the inside cushions out, to be able to sit comfortably, otherwise you sit on the metal bars and that sucked! The owners do not provide you with the amenity of beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach, and the beach chairs in the condo were broken and all rusted out. So that was another added expense. But in the long run, I would definitely book here again!!!

The only problem we had during our stay was that someone parked in our reserved parking space, it was after hour's and we could not get ahold of the office manager or Security. We had to leave a message, we never received a return call back. There are signs all over the parking lot stating that cars will be towed if parked in a reserved parking spot that didnt belong to then. However the tow company cannot tow the car until they here from the office manager or from Security. Which apparently after hours do not answer their phone. The rest of our stay was awesome. The condo was beautiful and clean.

Great property and unit

This was our first time staying at this building- the Marisol was small, quiet, and not too busy! Unit on the first floor is a great location- quick walk to the beach and no waiting on elevators like at tall condo buildings. Building was very soundproof. The condo itself was lovely and well equipped (lots of dishes, appliances, pots and pans). Plenty of seating in condo and on balcony. There were plenty of sets of extra sheets and blankets. Overall a great spot and enjoyable location. Some of the comforters were visibly dirty and when we stripped the beds to leave, all the mattress pads were visibly dirty (I’m not even sure they were stained, they just needed to be washed). The master tub had sand in it (I think it was impossible to clean well because it wasn’t draining adequately). The other shower had visible mold. There are a few pictures pulled off the walls (assuming damaged by previous guests) waiting to be rehung. The master shower and master tub were clogged and drained extremely slowly and the dishwasher didn’t work. It took several days of calls but mid-week maintenance did come and unclog the shower, attempted to unclog the tub, and confirmed the dishwasher had to be replaced. The dishwasher was replaced at the end of the week. Overall I think a more thorough cleaning would make a huge difference and would make management aware of any maintenance issues.
