Multiple oversized sliding door walkouts lead to the expansive deck that wraps around the cottage, providing panoramic views of the lake from every angle.



The cottage also boasts a fully finished lower level featuring two bedrooms and a 3-piece washroom with a generously sized shower. This is also where you`ll discover the separate Spa Room, finished in cedar and equipped with an oversized sliding door for fresh ventilation and beautiful lake views. Inside, you`ll find an 8-person hot tub, a cedar sauna, and a convenient shower. Primary renter must be 35 years of age

**Although there is a cleaning service, renters are still required to leave the cottage in a neat, clean, and tidy state. Please remember this is a privately owned home, not a housekeeping cottage or hotel. Extra cleaning charges will be billed if necessary

A-Frame Guest House water is on from May 15 to the weekend after Thanksgiving, heat, hydro & Wi-Fi are on all year

Filtered drinking water throughout the cottage, the A-frame guest house has filtered lake water.

Great snowmobiling with numerous trails!! The cottage is located on trail 960 -Egan Creek Trail, part of the Old Hastings Snowriders in District 2.
