Entièrement équipé, cuisine rénovée avec comptoirs en Corian, armoires blancs et d'appareils en acier inoxydable. Salle à manger pour 4. Salon propose de nouveaux meubles, y compris un canapé-lit, d'une grande télévision �� écran plat w / un combo lecteur DVD / magnétoscope, d'une station d'accueil pour iPod et d'un accès direct à la véranda. La chambre principale, située à l'étage, dispose d'un lit king size, TV �� écran plat, et partage une salle de bain complète w / salle. Magnifiquement paysag�� complexe w / accès à la piscine de la communauté et les barbecues au charbon. Wifi. Linge de maison. Interdiction de fumer. Pas d'animaux de compagnie.

Great accommodations

Enjoyed stay here. I have never been to Wild Dunes. The beach was peaceful and not over crowded. We enjoyed sitting on the screen porch at night listening to the waves.

Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. New comfortable carpet in LR/DR area and on stairs, new kitchen - beautiful and functional. When I looked at pictures I thought with the yellow walls that it might be outdated, but it was really a pleasant yellow and a great place. You could see the ocean a tad from the corner of the sofa (as you look out the porch to the left). Pool and ambiance with large live oak and other smaller live oak trees was a neat contrast to the starkness sometimes of the common areas of other places at Wild Dunes. The bedroom is upstairs, but that wasn't inconvenient for us. Shower, draining, toilet - all were fine. I saw some reviews that seemed a bit negative, so I was a little curious as to what we'd have. We've stayed at a lot of places in Wild Dunes, and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place was nasty. Furniture dirty, tub spigot dirty. It really needs updating. No communication with property owner. I got an email about what to do upon checkout after we left.

They do not hold the plug in the outlet and sometimes they "spark". This is a very inexpensive fix that should have already been done. It is sad to think that you charge so much and that is definitely a problem.

For young couple!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mariners walk 2A was fine for younger couple but not for seniors! First of all we were under the impression that this unit was oceanfront. It was actually off to the side with no ocean view. We were not aware that the only bathroom was upstairs and for a senior couple that was very difficult. The drain in the tub was clogged with hair and the lightbulbs in the bathroom went out during our stay. Also the bed linens should feel new, like we are the first to sleep on them. We would not rent this unit again.

Aside from a little wear and tear (mainly wobbly kitchen cabinets and an inoperable bathroom fan), the property was just right for our small family to enjoy a few days at the beach. As always, Wild Dunes didn’t disappoint. We love the bike paths and the easy beach access, when even on a busy spring break there is plenty of space on the sand.

Lovely Stay

Reviewer Comments: We had an easy go of access combined with privacy and comfort during our stay. Pool access was easy with beach access right around the corner. Our only issue was that the dryer in the unit was ineffective. We just dealt with it rather than have ot tended to over our short stay. This was a lovely condominium with every necessity covered. I look forward to a repeat visit.

Could be so much better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the good... everyone at Island Realty was excellent and they were very easy to work with. The property is in a great location and the grounds and pool are beautiful, there is very easy beach access. As for the unit itself it was clean and generally has everything you need. However the bed is beyond terrible, if not for taking our own mattress pad and sheets i don't know if we could have slept in it. One side of the bed is significantly lower than the other and whole thing is uncomfortable at best. We stayed at the unit about 10 years ago and it appears that nothing except carpet has been updated. Even though it is clean it really doesn't appear so in places because of this lack of updating. At least a coat of paint would make the unit look better, the walls are marked and scuffed, it appears unpainted since our last stay a decade ago! Bedroom needs some type of window treatment, without any drapes you are up with the sun whether you want to be or not. Bathroom floor is coming apart and the bathroom needs updated badly. We will use Island Realty again and even stay at Mariners Walk but NOT 4B until it is fixed up.
